The asst gave me attitude everytime I asked when Dr. Fazylova was coming back I asked for less Botox this time because I prefer a more natural look. She agreed and confirmed… Time to pay, I find out she nonconsensually gave more and even insisted I need to come back for even more The entire time, she and the asst kept gossiping in another language about my decision. With her occasionally switching to English so I could hear “yes she needs more but it’s her choice. But she has deep muscles so she should get more”. No joke. I personally hate the tight Botox feel and that’s just me! I’ve never had a doctor non-consensually do something against my will and I had to pay for it I’m no longer suggesting this place to anyone like I used to Sneaky, greedy, and without consent

Experiencia negativa: I secured a promotional microneedling session for $99, and paid a $50 balance; I was convinced that purchasing their $49 promotional facial would be beneficial. When it concluded, I received a "microneedling" session that equated to a microdermabrasion. Minimal effort and solid bait and switch. The "facial" was also Minimal and I was told I heard the price incorrectly! the price was actually $149! Terrible! I would have never agreed to that! That "promotional" $99 microneedling session cost me $250!! I left infuriated and unsatisfied with the services.

She also was not careful and gave me an allergic reaction after I have told her I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide. She doesn't know the ingredients of the products that she uses to ensure safety. My face was so swollen it lasted for 5 days of agony. It wasn't a relaxing facial care at all.

Dr. Lipnitsky has treated ALL my areas of pain and I feel GREAT. I have gone to so many places over the past year and nothing has worked... I've gone to Dr. Lipnitsky for 3 treatments (out of my 6) and notice a huge difference. My pain level used to be an 8/9 out of 10 and now it is a 4/5 out of 10. If you have chronic pain, go see Dr. Lipnitsky. He also teaches you functional exercises, which has helped with lessening my knee pain and has helped strengthen my core. He is FANTASTIC!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Dr. Lipnitsky for frozen shoulder treatment. In the consultation, after carefully assessing me and providing me with a wealth of information on my condition, he confidently told me he could cure me in 10 treatments. I then went to get a 2nd opinion with a standard physical therapist who told me that my condition would last for 8-12 more months with weekly physical therapy appointments and daily exercise (and 1-2 years without it). So I decided to give Dr. Lipnitsky a try. After having had only 3 treatments I am confident that he could cure me completely in 10 or less. So far, my mobility has increased swiftly and beyond belief. I have been diligently following his physical therapy exercises daily as well, and just yesterday my husband commented that it looks like my shoulder is no longer frozen - I can now lift my arm straight up over my head in front and straight up on the side. Life is returning to normal. I'm still not 100% better, but I've only had 3 treatments. At this rate, I think I might only need two more treatments to be healed completely. My only warning is that the treatment is painful (no pain, no gain) - but Dr. Lipnitsky has been very sensitive to my pain threshold and is always willing to stop or ease up - even if he just senses I'm in increasing pain, he will check in about it. So although it's a "no pain, no gain" situation, there is always the option to go easier and slower, and the pain has definitely been bearable. He is a great healer and as a female (why typically prefers female doctors), I felt very comfortable and at ease being treated by him - he's very professional with a warm personality. I highly recommend him to anyone with frozen shoulder, and I'm really grateful that he has helped me!

The office is new, very quiet and clean. When I first arrived for my treatment, I was greeted by a warm smile by one of the staff. She asked a few quick questions and handed me a form to fill out. The instructions, information, and questions on the form were very thorough to ensure maximum results from the treatments. As you can guess, I was already utterly impressed before even meeting Dr. Natalya. I filled out my application and waited for my appointment time. Surely enough, out came a sweet lady. She shooked my hand and introduced herself, then lead me into the treatment room. The room was very tidy, and I can see all the machines were still brand new. Before we began the treatment, Dr. Natalya asked a few questions. She's very patience and actually listens to all my concerns (which I have A LOT, given that I had not have good experience in the past...). She gave me a quick run through of the machines she will be using and how the procedure will go. She even did a small testing on my skin to make sure I am comfortable with it. She applied the numbing cream and proceeded with the treatment. During the entire process she was always checking in me, pausing here and there to make sure I am still fine. Sensing that I was a bit nervous, she would have light conversations with me during the treatment, and before I know it, the treatment was done, and I barely felt anything (well I did, but I had the numbing cream, so it was much better than before)! During each treatment, she would exit the room before and after to allow me to undress and redress. After the treatment, she gave me a quick reminder of things I should do and not do to achieve maximum results. She then escorted me outside and her staff helped me scheduled a followup appointment in 4-6 weeks. Like I said early, she is hands down the best. Very thorough and nice. If you want affordable treatment and top-notch treatment experience, Dr. Natalya will take care of you.

She made sure that I was at ease during the procedure and asked me if anything hurt and assured me that things are going well. She's very professional and she's great at what she does.
