Experiencia negativa: My family and I see two different doctors at the Parrish location. One is fantastic, old school and 100 % cares and listens. Some of the others not so much. Like they are there for the money. 80 % of the time this location is never on time. Been w this office since 2020 and maybe have had 4 or 5 appointments on time. They schedule appointments on top of one another, never been quicker than an hour and half. They love to schedule an appointments and then when you get there and they are running 45 min behind they say we'll your appointment wasn't at 10am it was for 10:30am. Even when you have appointment confirmation via txt and voice mail. You run 5,10,15 min late and they hassle you, but they have no problem having you sit there with no updates for 45 plus after your appointment should have started. Spend 10 min a nurse the waiting for upwards of 30 min in a room for a doctor to appear ... not all the doctors here are effective or efficiently prepared. Only reason for continuing here is my baby sons doctor is the best for him. She's amazing. If you need a pay scale doctor yeah they are great. Most of the receptionist are rude or caddy. They also don't feel the need to ask permission to have others they are training to come in the room, some may not be comfortable with that, (yes, I understand they are there to learn).

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn't even give it a one-star the parish capstone I seen Dr Miller or whatever her name is and every time I went to see her most of the time she tried to fall asleep on me and I'd have to repeat myself several times so yeah they banned me from their just because of that because I didn't believe me

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Capstone since 2009 or 2010 maybe. I can't recall. I've never had a negative encounter with staff..I've been to Parrish, Nauvoo, and the two Jasper locations..I'm at Summit now. The only problem I ever had has been recent and with the new pharmacy. For some reason they can't take my insurance there, but they take it one door down and at the Parrish pharmac?? I do not understand the issue. BUT, it's not gonna cause me to stop using Capstone.

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here. The office is nice and all the staff are great. Lindsey Jones is kind and truly listens. First time I had actually felt heard by a doctor in a long time.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Capstone in Nauvoo several years ago. From there, I switched to the Double Springs clinic. When I started working in Jasper, it was just more convenient for me to visit the Jasper clinic. I can't say enough wonderful things about Capstone. I've never had a bad experience and the staff have always been the greatest.

Experiencia fantástica: Capstone Parrish - I was a little nervous about coming to this facility after reading some of the reviews but this was by far the best experience I've had with any doctor in the state of Alabama. The nurse was super attentive and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor took her time with me and I felt like I was in really great hands. I feel that I can wholly trust my care to these people.

Experiencia negativa: CAPSTONE PARRISH ALABAMA Front desk personal extremely rude on a few occasions, on at least 5 or more different occasions when trying to get appointment by calling I have been placed on hold for over 15 minutes and then hung up on. Front desk very unprofessional and unkempt. As far as back office personnel/ nurses I have encountered friendly staff with no issues. The pharmacy is good. This review is for the capstone in Parrish, Alabama

Experiencia fantástica: The doctors, nurses and receptionist at Capstone in Navuoo, and Jasper, AL are very professional, compassionate, and friendly. They always care about how I am doing and treat me like I'm one of the family there, which is nice, and rare in our modern day.

Experiencia negativa: When you go back after 3 months and they don't know why you came to your appointment...that is bad and asked you what can I do for you that is unprofessional and I will never recommend this so called doctors office for anything!!A Joke!!

Experiencia negativa: I had high hopes after reading the reviews and this provider's credentials. Going there as a new patient, no questions were asked about my pre-existing conditions, no a1c test (Nauvoo did this every time I had an appointment). I was unable to basically express any of my health concerns because she was just focused on shoving financial aid papers at me to fill out to go somewhere in B'ham to get surgery. I didn't get to ask questions because I was just in shock that the only thing she did was tell me to go somewhere else. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression as well as just in general being socially awkward, I couldn't help but cry when she just opened the door for me to leave. I did try mentioning some other issues I had, but either she didn't hear me (I am generally quiet) or completely shrugged it off. I was really looking forward to this visit, almost excited, but I left in tears. I hope Nauvoo gets a provider soon. No one should feel the way I felt leaving, especially since I wanted to talk about my mental health as well. *EDIT: I called that number and it's the basic Capstone menu with no option to contact you. Naturally, my last name isn't "Murder". I will try contacting another number I was emailed.*

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr. Marlene! She's the best! She is so sweet, nice, and caring. If you need to go Capstone make sure you get Dr. Marlene.

Experiencia fantástica: The NP and all the staff are so so sweet. She was so attentive. She listened to my uncle. I really feel like she cares about what she does. He had to get blood drawn and a shot and the lady that gave it to him did a wonderful job. They made us feel welcomed.

Experiencia fantástica: I read a few negative reviews on here before I went.. apparently they didn't get what they went in hoping to get! All the staff was friendly! DR. Howell and her nurse well, first her nurse was so kind and nice and listen.. Dr Howell was thorough and sent me straight on to where I needed to go! So glad I didn't let a few negative reviews help base my decision to go here because they was CLEARLY WRONG! It's a great place to go!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I would. 4 coworkers and myself were sent there to do a TB skin test, the receptionist was rude right from the start. She asked a coworker for all of her personal information while standing in the lobby so everyone could hear (HIPAA VIOLATION) then proceeded to speak rudely to said coworker after she asked if she could just write down the info instead. Will not be back.

Experiencia negativa: Won't go so much into detail, but I have a medical condition and was prescribed 2 different medications for it, insurance requires a pa because one of them was needed to be taken twice a day and this quack of a doctor told me he refused to do the pa. I call the prescribing Dr and he proceeds to tell me that this doctor obviously doesn't know very much and that I strongly need to look into finding a new primary care doctor and that is just what I did! I actually changed my doctor before I even left his office on this day thank god! I never even had blood work done there! It is a good thing that I did leave because my new primary care Dr did do blood work on my first visit and discovered that I had Rocky Mountain spotted fever. Had I stayed with capstone it would have never been treated!
