Have given this a third try as upset with customer service at this location before with similar experience. Will not return. Too bad as such a great location.

Experiencia fantástica: I knew I needed to lose weight and looked at a bunch of different options. I thought I would do WW again, and hope everything will be good this time. Then I talked to a few people and they mentioned Profile. I thought I would give it a try, since I haven't tried this before and I am a 7 weeks in and have lost over 25 lbs! The first couple of weeks were not easy, changing all of my habits, not having bread or chips was a struggle but my coach has helped me find recipes that can help with my cravings. There are Facebook pages where people give ideas for different recipes. My coach and I discuss different food options when I am going out to eat, which is VERY helpful. This program is different because of the coaches and how they can help you through your weight loss journey. AND the technology! They have body scanners that scans your body and shows you how and where you have lost weight. AND scales that show you a bunch of data which can help you understand your body better. AND they use a DNA which will help me when I have reached my goal to ensure I keep the weight off. I have never had a diet where I have lost so much in such a short time and I feel good. Everyday my body is changing a little bit and I can't wait to see what the next month will bring and how much more weight I will give away.

Four stars because I DO believe that their website has several areas that need improvement. *Searching for recipes that use specific profile products is hit or miss. *Also, clients should be able to see the cost of products in the food description. *The ease of finding information on their products is frustrating, as well.
