Experiencia fantástica: They have great options for memberships, plenty of equipment and room to workout. I only have the 24/7 weightroom access myself because that's all I need right now. I like the assortment of bars and plates, and there is an artificial grass path down the width of the gym that's great for anything movement oriented. They have healthy food and drink available 24/7 in-house, showers, changing room, etc... If I had any complaints, it would be not having powered treadmills. I do intervals that change speed VERY fast, and it's very difficult on the newer treadmills they have if you are maxxing out & you are not quite up to par in your conditioning (cough... like me).... HOWEVER, those unpowered treadmills are great for running comfortably and a lot of people use them, so they are definitely not a downside! This is a fantastic find and we are blessed to have MRF in a small town, I would expect such a place in a big city!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great atmosphere! It took me a long time to build the courage up to walk in the doors for the first time. I was welcomed as if we had been friends for years. Given a tour and got signed up. I was attending the classes until I had an injury so I took some time off. Jarrod the owner somehow noticed I hadn’t been coming in and reach out to me. That was amazing that with so many people in and out of there that he pays enough attention to someone that quit showing up. Jarrod, Colette, and Brandy are all amazing. They help everyone to their individual abilities and truly care about us! Absolutely amazing place

Whether you want to try a class with amazing coaches or get a good workout in their 24/7 side-you will not be disappointed. They are a fully equipped gym with a variety of free weights and machines. It clean, laid out well and never too crowded. If you are looking to get healthy and level up all areas of your life they have that too. Their Built for Life program is changing lives, I’ve seen it personally! Jarrod and Colette really care about making a difference in this community! Come visit them and see for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Cortez for Thanksgiving vacation with family and needed to maintain my fitness program. I found Mountain Range Fitness on Google and went in the day I arrived in town. Brandi greeted me at the desk with a big smile and awesome positivity. She walked me through their membership options and showed me some of the gym area. Brandi got me signed up and ready to go. The next day, I started my workout time at MRF. This gym has a lot to offer in two connected areas. From CrossFit style workouts to standard weight lifting and cardio as well. Additionally, you can get a protein shake after your workout at the smoothie bar. The selection is amazing, I recommend any of them, as I tried as many as I could in the 2 short weeks I was there. My favorite hands down was the Pumpkin Pie Yum (seasonal option). If you are looking to keep your workout program going, OR to even get started on getting fit, I highly recommend this awesome gym! Jarrod (not the same person I promise, just blessed with the same amazing name) and Collette are amazing people and owners.  They are very approachable, knowledgeable on varying aspects of fitness and nutrition, and just all-around fun people to talk to. They both, along with their staff and members, made me feel at home and a member of their gym family. I strongly believe working out here got me past my goal for my individual program. Go in, get signed up, and get fit!

I was in town for a few days and "needed" to go to the gym; I texted to see if there was availability for me to join a class that fit my schedule and got an immediate and friendly response from Brandy. It was easy to sign up and pay online. I joined the jacked af class one day and the yoga class the next, taught by Brandy and April, respectively. The classes were awesome! The programming made sense. Brandy gave great instructions and feedback to improve my movement. Yoga had some fun lights, great music, and a nice flow that complemented the hard strength workout from the day before. When I spent some time after class in the open gym side, Jerrod behind the desk was super friendly. Also, I met Erin and Chrissy, both locals who were happy to share local knowledge of trails and shops, including Sand Canyon and Merriweather Home & Market. The gym was busy with people of all sizes and strengths; if you're in Cortez, I highly recommend Mountain Range Fitness. The coaches will meet you where you're at in your fitness journey and will help you meet - or exceed - your fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to MRF for a couple years now, I absolutely love it so much! The coaches are very knowledgeable and always ready to help. The gym offers more than just functional fitness classes and personal training. You can get IV infusions, best ever protein smoothies, nutrition help, and if you don’t like working out in a class setting you can go to the open side of the gym! They also offer yoga classes, KB classes, and aerobic classes! I’m certain I’m forgetting somethings but seriously if your looking for a gym community to be a part of MRF is for everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: Based gym. I was visiting nearby Mesa Verde National Park. I looked for a gym to not miss a beat with my training. I didn't expect a great gym in Cortez. Mountain Range blew me away. I've been training seriously for a few decades and at some world class gyms. Mountain Range stands among the best. It's a serious gym. It has serious equipment. The owners and the staff are wonderful. A fantastic experience. I loved training there. I hope to train there again. If you're passing through, or live near Cortez and want a world class, no-nonsense facility, Mountain Range is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in while in town on vacation. I needed somewhere that I could follow my own programming as I’m leading up to competing in USA Weightlifting Nationals. The owners were responsive and easy to work with to get my drop-in set up. They are open 24/7 so I didn’t need to worry about getting my workout in before closing. The facility has everything a weightlifter/powerlifter/crossfitter could need and was very clean. I wish every town on my trip had a facility this great!

Experiencia fantástica: I've always been too intimidated to go to a gym to workout, but my experience with MRF has completely changed my mind. The trainers at MRF are all fantastic! They are extremely patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging as I workout. There is a real camaraderie among the members and I truly feel as if I've missed out if I'm unable to attend a class. I am so thankful that I have a friend who invited me to try boot camp a year ago. These classes are always challenging, but have become a highlight to my week!
