If I gained Jennifer helps me figure it out to get me back on track she’s very positive, friendly, and informative keeps me on track. She always has great advice so I don’t get discouraged

I was consistently impressed by Denise’s dedication and positive attitude. Very respectful. Very friendly, informative, and well versed. I was highly satisfied every time I had an appointment. Never left with bruising after an injection.

Experiencia positiva: I am giving 4/5 because I called and the first lady hung up on me so I had to call again, However the other lady was nice.. I am just going to pray and assume that the phone was disconnected because time i gave my name lady hung up so, My review will be updated soon, I have an appointment tomorrow I use to get my B12 Shots from here and then I had retina detachment surgery and it took 6-7 months to recover, but I am excited/nervous to start this weight loss journey.

Experiencia negativa: 02/24/2022 UPDATE Things have simply gotten worse. Prices even HIGHER, communication is seriously lacking and it is just not worth it anymore. I travel as a field interviewer on a national study and was trying to stay with this office as best I could. I get one story from one person, story changes the night before the appointment, they keep saying I am new when I've been going for years. All personal touch is gone. Yup...I'm done. PREVIOUS REVIEW.... Been going here for years. I left the other place in town to follow Colleen... I just found out today that this place raised the cost! It is close to 2x's of the other place. I am going to miss the awesome staff...but I'm going back to the other spot in Palmdale
