Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Meyer for many years. She is kind, caring, down to earth, and most importantly an excellent diagnostician and physician. She is ALWAYS on time for appointments yet spends plenty of time with me, performing a thorough examination and listening/responding to my needs. While Dr. Meyer is above excellent, do be aware the clinic phone system is not. This is a clinic with shared nursing staff, not an individual MD's office. As a result it is not uncommon to wait 24 hours for a call back or to have to place a second call before receiving a response from the clinic nurse or scheduler. That is sometimes inconvenient, but has in no way detracted from my positive feelings and trust in Dr. Meyer. I am an RN and have worked with many different physicians over a long career. Not many are half as good as Dr. Meyer. I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Meyer is a great physician. At today’s visit she was very gracious to still see me even though I was 10 minutes late due to were delays because of to road construction. I problems with the Google Maps leading me to the wrong place. I even left an hour before my appointment to make sure I was on time, even though it’s a 30 minute drive. I called and spoke with to let them know. I would recommend Dr Meyer! The only thing that I have been unimpressed with has been ancillary staff. In all my visit to the office I don’t ever remember getting a smile or any warmth from any one. Front Desk, MA, and there are a few schedulers who are very curt. I have been a Manager for 19 years and we always trained our staff to smile and be nice to the parents and patients. If there were complaints we let the employee know.

Experiencia negativa: Called to schedule a new patient appointment. after 3rd attempt and on hold for 17 minutes I finally spoke with someone in scheduling. Gave my name, DOB, insurance and phone number only to be told that she would have to get back with me after consulting with the Dr to see if she was willing to see me as a patient because they weren’t taking anymore BCBS of Texas patients. It now has been a full week and have not received a return call. I moved from Oklahoma where I personally worked in the medical field in Management for 9 years and do not recall ever denying a patient due to having BCBS. Seems that Scheduling is overwhelmed or just not wanting to accept new patients.

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!! I moved to Houston about 6 months ago and so I wanted to look for a doctor. I called this clinic and it took them 48 hours (even though the voicemail said 24 hours) to call me back. My appointment was scheduled one month in advanced because that was the earliest date. So the day of my appointment (which was today), I was 5 minutes late, and they told me I had to reschedule. I was 5 minutes late because I had to park in a parking garage (like getting a ticket so that you can pay for parking). I also kind of got lost because there were no simple, visible sign that I could see to tell me which floor Dr.Meyer was on. It would have been nice if I was told prior to the appointment that you had to pay to park and what floor I was to go to. It also would have been nice if Someone warned me about not being late, not even for one minute. I’m new and it’s hard to determine time/traffic here. I even left for my appointment 45 mins in advanced, even though the place was only about 8 miles away. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the way to my appointment. With all of my other doctors, dentists, etc, I always had a 15 minute window until my appointment would get canceled. This is 5 minutes. In my opinion, I don’t think this Doctor is really passionate and actually cares about patients, because she cancel my appointment because I was 5 minutes late. So it’s okay for their office to call me 24 hours after the 24 hour promised callback, but me being late 5 minutes is unacceptable. It also sucked because I was required to fast for 6 hours before my appointment. So not only was I starving at work, I starved for no reason majority of the day. So please be aware before scheduling an appointment with her. There are other caring doctors out there.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor is great but her secretary is very slow in responding. I called and left my information yesterday morning asking to make an appointment and 24 hours later I have not heard from her. Also I had lab work and tests done over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive the results. If you call for results you get a message to not call for results as they mail the results to you as soon as they get them. It is almost impossible to get an appointment or results or even to talk with someone - anyone! Frustrated and considering looking elsewhere for my medical care.

Again, separate situation pharmacy left message Friday for renewal of RX and no response so no pills for critical pain! Front office is not taking care of patients even if Dr is brilliant.
