Experiencia negativa: OK place to work out. I thought Caelan was an awesome trainer until I had to stop training due to personal reasons. Caelan refused to refund me after stating several times he would give me a refund for the months I willingly paid for in advance. My advice would be to pay month to month because if there is a problem you won't get refunded. I called several times and he just blocked my calls. I think this is just bad business. He should care more about his clients. He seemed like he only cared about the $$$. If you give someone your word you should stick by your word and refund them. I would definitely choose some other trainer if I were a member of this gym. Speaking of being a member of the gym. I called to cancel my membership and they just keep trying to charge my card saying I need to come in to cancel my membership or send a certified letter. I let them know I was not in a situation to do either of those things. I sent an email as a reply from an email that was sent to me to cancel and explained I was not in a position at the time to do what was being asked of me. I told them they should allow someone to log on to their portal and cancel their membership. I think the owner should reconsider the options to cancel a membership. There are such things as emergencies that my happen to a person and they can't physically get to the gym or post office to send a certified letter. My whole ordeal with this gym has stressed me out and I will never workout here again when I am able to return to a regular workout.

They offer a-lot of body contour/ extra services as well. Everyone is like a family at this gym, the trainers/workers are super welcoming and friendly. The prices are affordable, and reasonable.

They did and ofcourse when you try and talk to the manager, he is always busy or not there. Canceled Never going back. I see you responded to my review a year later but at the time nobody wanted to talk to us about. Hope you treat your current clients better. Like I said. I really enjoyed the gym. Experiencia fantástica: I’m new to the area and was looking for a gym to join, and I’m happy I found this place! This gym isn’t set up like your traditional LA Fitness. It is essentially a training gym with a wide range of Trainers to select from if your interested. They have all of the weight training equipment in addition to other amenities. It seems like everyone knows each other which is great because it gives a family vibe. There’s also a kitchen that serves healthy meals and amazing teas prior or post workout. My trainer Adryanna is amazing and I’m looking forward to this journey!

Experiencia fantástica: LITERALLY MY FAVORITE PLACE TO BE IN HOUSTON. THIS IS MY HOME. THE STAFF ARE LIKE FAMILY. BEST GYM IN HOUSTON, HANDS DOWN. From the membership prices, to the safe atmosphere, to the members who ALL come in and push themselves past limits on a daily basis, to extensive amounts of great equipment, I have deemed this gym MY HOME. I have literally left a wallet, headphones, watch, ring and it was left there, untouched. That's the kind of atmosphere the staff and members have created there. I love it here. Happiest place in Houston.

Experiencia fantástica: Atmosphere: Dirty Gym, meaning that if you're in this place it's to get fit, sweat, and get rough hands. Not for a social event like most gyms. Service: Many trainers to help with fitness plans or offer tips. I work with Dante when i'm there.

It's like a close family because they know when you haven't been there in a while because long time members know who's who..No other gym has a hill that you can utilize and the trainers are great! Experiencia negativa: DO NOT SIGN UP at this GYM. I was using this gym before they moved to a new building. I supported them and thought it was like a family, boy was I WRONG! It has been going on 2 years since I moved from TX due to an emergency. I wrote them several times and called them to cancel my membership. They flat out REFUSED to stop charging my card saying I have to come in to cancel my membership. I FIND THAT PRACTICE TO BE DISHONEST. For almost 2 years I have been fighting this battle and they keep pulling money out of my account regardless of how many emails and phone calls I’ve made to REMOVE MY INFO from their DATABASE and to stop CHARGING MY CARD. I shouldn’t have to cancel my card to avoid this. I live in GA now and have not been in Missouri City since SUMMER of 2017 and I have asked to get this membership canceled since FALL OF 2017 and guess what, yep...they charged my card again yesterday and will not refund it. I love to support my people but not if this is how they do business. I wonder how many other people are going through what I’m going through with these folks.
