She has always been available through her medical personnel and has responded immediately to concerning situations as well as following up on those cases in order to ascertain if treatment has been successful. She is also quick to refer me to specialist care if needed.and follows up on the success or lack of success in those instances. I feel very fortunate in having Dr. Goodfellow as my primary doctor.

Experiencia negativa: Worst “Doctor” in OC. -AVOID- Janet Goodfellow runs her business with a sense of moral turpitude. The front office is actually quite friendly; however, there are often layers of superfluous processes and outdated technology that lead to a clunky onboarding process. Regarding the “doctor” specifically, she lacks the skill set and moral compass that is required to provide quality care. Plus, you might not even be able to see the “doctor” when you’re sick, which essentially defeats the purpose of visiting a doctor (beyond preventive care). In OC, there are lots of high quality physicians; hence, there’s no reason to visit “Dr” Goodfellow.

They responded by cancelling my appointment for being ten minutes late... unreal! Im changing Doctors... or nurses and staff because I have not met the Doctor. Not only have I been there twice and not met my doctor, I feel like treating a patient with this kind of lack of caring tells me all i need to know to about them as people. On both occasions, I waited ten minutes or more. Enough
