If you’re ever thinking about doing a fitness competition, want to hire some really good trainers, or looking for a really good atmosphere to work out in then this is a place for you. It’s open 24 hours which is a huge plus. Definitely feels like Home and a gym that is now my forever gym. They do have day passes if you ever want to just try it out.

All of the trainers are friendly and professional. The gym has a family friendly vibe and every one is helpful and motivating. What ever your needs are they can help. I have seen massive improvement in myself and my son’s muscle tone and physique. The membership price is competitively low without a contract, and discounts are offered for first responders and military as well as a significant discount for a 12 month contract. Power racks, deadlift platfoms and assist jack, smith machines, cable machines, free weights, dumbbells up to 150 lbs , and an assortment of free weight and attached weight exercise machines adorn the ground floor. The facility is clean and the staff and members make you feel like family. Beginning your journey or taking yourself to the next level, Natural Bodyz is the place to be.

It’s 24/7 and 2 great locations with full top of the line equipment. 2. The NB Fam - once you get a membership here, you just joined the most supportive community of gym goers I have ever seen. I’ve had gym memberships while living in multiple different states, even different countries and by far my NB gym fam is the best out there. Everyone wants you to succeed and reach your fitness goals. If you have a question about anything the trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help out. Even that “scary muscle head” in the corner is the warmest, most encouraging person. No judgement zone, everyone has to start somewhere. 3. Never overcrowded, where you can’t get on a machine or squat rack. Yes, like any gym it has its “hot times” where it gets a bit busy but it’s never overcrowded or where you absolutely cannot get on a machine/squat rack. Each location has enough space and equipment to make your workouts seamless. 4. Awesome ownership. The owners of NB are very family oriented, supportive and care about their gym family. The support really shows because you aren’t just joining a gym, but a gym family and thanks to the owners always being present because they really set the tone. 5. I have to shoutout my dude Chad. Experiencia fantástica: This place has entirely changed my life. When I showed up last year I was overweight, unhealthy, sad and had tons of inflammation. Since then I dropped the extra weight, I’m STRONG and more confident. I’m mentally and physically just all around a better person, mom and wife. I signed up for a year of training and this week is my last week with my trainer Chad (gym owner) and his colleague Jermaine ( IBEASTfitness) I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. Chad did my programming and nutrition and it worked wonders. He pushed me to be my best and at times believed in me more than I believed in myself. He makes training fun for everyone with laughter, lots of jokes and great conversations. I don’t think I could have made it through some of the hardest days without that. Jermaine pushed me with PR’s and handed me the HEAVY weights that I didn’t think I could lift. But I did. He believed in me and taught me a lot about the world of training. I was so inspired by my training and how my body has transformed that I’m in school to get my Master trainer certification. I never thought I would love fitness so much. They are running not just a gym but a gym family and a community of like minded, inspiring, awesome people. I am so grateful for my new gym family and friends that I have made. Even though my training is done for now, I am excited to continue my new life journey and stay a member of NBF.

Experiencia negativa: I won an opportunity around 7 months ago for free gym membership and personal training for I believe 4 months. Its been about 6 months since my coach quit his job at the gym. The last time I could get a response from the owner was in August and have continually been told "We are getting settled with new trainers. Hope to start back soon. You are on the list !!" I've not heard from anyone unless I reach out and am starting to feel like since I'm far from a size 0 and will never be stage worthy that maybe that's why. I was extremely grateful for the opportunity but I shouldn't have to bug a place to have them keep their word. Nor should I be ignored. I can now only hope they don't treat their paying customers this way.

Experiencia negativa: I signed up for a month-to-month subscription at this gym. I was told I can cancel anytime and that I would not be penalized for it. I called on August 10th to cancel my subscription and no one answered the phone. I called the following day no answer and the following as well. I finally showed up at the location to let them I want to cancel and showed them the calls and texts I sent them before. Chelsea the general manager backdated my cancellation, but never refunded my account. So, I went back there today 8/30/2021, and spoke with Chelsea. She said, that there is a 30-day notice that you have to give. I was never told that I had to give a 30-day notice. I only used their gym once in mid-July. when I started the contract. So, I'm baffled because if the contract is month to month, how can I give a 30-day notice at the beginning of my contract, which started in July. I haven't used their gym at all, but one time. They're charging me an extra month for a membership I can't use because the subscription is over. This is not right and unethical.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service or no service. I canceled my membership on July 8th and after 30 days my membership would be expired on August 8th, and I was PROMISED by their representative no more charges after July 8th. But guess what? My credit card still got charged for another month on August 15. I must called them 20 times and can’t get hold of anyone, finally they text me back and told me they would not refund me the charge. Both locations have no one works there who can handle your account information, and the phone number they provided is impossible to talk to a real person. Extremely frustrating!Once they get your credit card number customer service is out of the window. They don’t even have the courtesy to return your call to have an explanation. This is definitely not the kind of customer service you want to receive.

I'm stronger, leaner, and my health has improved dramatically. When I started I was over 250 lbs, a real fatzo. I was weak, had bad cholesterol, and my doctor had just diagnosed me with metabolic syndrome. Now, thanks to Chad, Terrance, and their whole team I've lost 45 lbs in their TBT program, my cholesterol levels are better than they have ever been, and I've gone from benching 135 lbs to now over 300 lbs!! Experiencia fantástica: Fitness has always been one of my first loves. From being an athlete in high school and getting injured, I feel off for a little bit. I then went to college and got myself together. As time went by, I started going up and down in my results. I always kept making excuses for myself. As I completed grad school, I joined the gym because I was starting to have time. I ended up joining UFC. This gym helped me with different types of training that kept me in shape. Then as the years gone by, I started to notice that I wasn't really getting what I wanted. That include big stuff such as help with nutrition such as what to eat. I complained about that the nutrition aspect to my work family, and they then told me about their gym. I blew it off for a little bit then what caught my attention was the Total Body Transformation (TBT) challenge coming back. I thought about it for 48 hours and said, "I'll do it". When I signed up for the Total Body Transformation, I was a little nervous. I saw my weight and was upset because I seemed to let myself go. I knew it was time for a change when I saw the before photos. After paying for fee for the program, I was knew I couldn't waste my money. With that being said, when they said that fasted cardio was the best thing for us to do to lose the body fat, I started waking up every day at 3:30am and being in the gym no later than 4:30am. I had to make time before I had to go to work at 6:00am in Suffolk. I don't know how I did it, but I did. After about week 3, I ended up getting so used to waking up at that time automatically ready to workout. My energy in the morning has soared, especially since I am already up for a while before I get into work. Who needs coffee when you have fasted cardio? My attitude changed so much in regards to how I eat. I now read the labels even more than I used to. Looking at the protein, carbs, and fat have consumed my time while shopping. I am literally in the aisles asking myself, "Is it worth it?" My attitude in regards to working out has changed also. The goal is to be better than yesterday. Total Body Transformation has pushed me to keep going even if my body is tired. I have pushed every morning and during my afternoon lifting sessions to get to where I wanted to be. I am not going to lie, the scale started to scare me a little bit. Only because the there was a point I felt as if I do not drop any weight. I had to remember that I am also lifting and muscle weighs more than fat. The trainers/ coaches at Natural Bodyz gym have been life changing, especially with their assistance when needed. They are always there to help when needed. It's really nice to know that the gym offers personal training also. Natural Bodyz offers all the equipment that you can think of in regards to weight / strength training. They also have different cardio machines to help reach your goal. What I really enjoy about the gym is that they are really clean. There are plenty of spray bottles and paper towels around the gym so that members are able to wipe down equipment. What I also enjoy about the gym is that they sell supplements that you are able to purchase for a discounted rate. There are also water, protein snacks, energy boosters, and bars that are also for sale at the location. Guest passes are also available when needed. Since the gym is 24 hours, there are plenty of cameras around. That helps me feel safe especially since I come basically in the middle of the night. Showers and bathrooms are also available for usage (I utilize those a lot). After a while of warming up, the people at Natural Bodyz became family. After seeing the staff and trainers almost everyday, it became real easy to talk to them and ask questions. Let Natural Bodyz make a difference in your life like they made a difference in mine!

They help you "work on your birthday suit" -Chad the CEO of the gym. . Close knit family and staff and I really appreciate that in a gym. Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome. I was looking to find a gym in late june once i finished moving and I was excited to hear that this gym was offering a sign-up promotion. As a frequent gym goer I have to say this place has it all when it comes to free weights or machines and i never have to compete with anyone to use the equipment. Bumper plates and chains are also avaliable to those who train crossfit or powerlift. Additionally, my normal gym time usually falls around 9pm and b/c of my schedule i would not be able to train in the manner that I do bc the majority of gyms are either closed or closing. Not here however, with the barcode access key the gym and all of its equipment is accessible 24/7 which is perfect for me and for a number other members as well. I am very happy that I became a member at this gym and i look forward to my nightly training sessions.

I've had previous memberships to other corporate gyms as well as University gyms and this is my favorite by far. The faculty is great, and so is the equipment, machines, etc. This place feels like an extension of home from how comfortable it is to get a workout in no matter what time of the day !

It's grown & developed into an excellent club with Hammer Strength, multiple chest equipment (for international chest day) as well as cages, bumper plates, & classes. Now with 2 locations, both 24hrs, both full of excellent staff & equipment - It's going to be such a culture shock leaving b/c there will not be another 24hr gym like this.

The place is super clean and the trainers are knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place over any place in the Hampton Roads area due to the pricing, staff, and people who come here. If you are serious about reaching your fitness goals this is the place for you.

Experiencia negativa: I resigned from this gym after 1.5 years because I wanted to get back in a gym with the following: 1) friendly, helpful trainers, 2) classes, 3) wifi, and 4) an environment without unsupervised children. I resigned in early May ( a month ago now) but had to pay an additional month because I missed the 30 day membership cancellation mark. On top of charging the additional month which will amount to 7 weeks, I was charged the annual improvement fee 4 weeks after I cancelled. One of my cited reasons for leaving in my paperwork was the lack of improvement while I was there. I had made multiple suggestions, some as simple as place a larger trashcan in the bathroom so there isn't always trash on the floor, and none were ever implemented. When I asked the gym to refund this money they refused saying my account was "technically still active". The only advantage to this gym is the 24-7 hours. I would not recommend them. Experiencia negativa: This gym is nice....the owner is a scam. He calls his gym "Natural Bodyz" yet he was stripped of a win for positive drug testing.....He will deny it to the end but do your research; the proof is out there. I did a competition and he claimed that he spent HOURS on my meal plan and training book. I later looked at the books the other competitors had only to see that they were all the same. I payed him to train me for a competition and he did not fulfill his contract with me. He lied to me and kept my money. I now have waited the time frame suggested by my attorney with no resolve so I am filing a small claim to get my money back. Scum bag. This guy also left his wife to sleep with one of the competitors he was training causing the gym atmosphere to become extremely uncomfortable. He left several contracts at the gym he was previously fired from and failed to inform any of his clients (including me and a friend who also hired him and was not satisfied) that he was leaving (this included competitors who had paid him over $1,000.00 to coach/train them). Do your research. PLEASE!! There are way better trainers in this area with a much better reputation.

The staff (trainers and front desk) are excellent, and the people I've met there create an awesome atmosphere that truly walks the fine line of fun but focused team all pushing towards their goals.
