Experiencia fantástica: I just started using this pharmacy. I've been to my share of pharmacies, what I will say is, the staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, ask if you need help or have questions about your meds and even share other services they offer. There are not many pharmacies left that make you feel comfortable like that. Instead it's a rush and go and they just care about the next buck they can make. This pharmacy is nothing like that, if you ask questions, they actually seem happy to help you with answers kinda like a mom and pop place.

Experiencia negativa: James's experience was not too good. He had an appointment but for some reason his Medicaid would not go through. They told him he would likely have to get his vaccines at the Dr.s office. Unfortunately that wasn't any better. We went all the way over there for a 2:45 appointment that we made being told on the phone that he could get a flu shot, but they didnt have Covid. When we got there, they told us that they didn't have any flu shots either and didn't understand why the lady on the phone even scheduled the appointment. The whole day was a waste of time, and still no vaccines!

They offer viable options when a prescription is problematic with price. They conveniently have a compounding service on site. Unlike the large chain stores, it is so easy to visit Moose Pharmacy versus having to walk through an entire retail store just to get to the pharmacy. Always parking right next to the store. I just walk in, someone usually greets me with my name, hands my prescription and off I go. No long lines. Familiar faces. I highly recommend this hard-to-come-by level of pharmacy service

Every time I call them, every single employee answers with kindness and seems understanding and like they truly care. I have had mix ups between my doctor and the pharmacy in which they took it into their own hands to handle it when it was very much not their responsibility, but they did it anyway. Also I was running late one day and not only did brittany answer right at closing and again after closing time, but Kelci stayed after just to make sure I didn’t have to go without my medication. I couldn’t be more pleased with the pharmacy as a whole and would/do recommend them to any and everyone. I wish their were more places around like this one. It is such a relief to know that my pharmacy truly cares and is really here to help. That means so much when it comes to something this important
