Profile isn’t just a diet, it truly is a lifestyle change. You eat and drink their protein shakes and bars along with regular vegetables and protein. The dna testing they do really helps to see how your body works and they will adapt the diet to you. Every week the coaches help you learn more about yourself. I’ve gotten to see my good habits, my bad habits, triggers, and how to better myself all around. I maybe unhealthy now but I’m living as a healthy person thanks to profile and their amazing coaches. I am slowly losing the weight, gaining confidence, reversing my pre diabetes, and becoming healthy. The food is a bit pricey it’s worth the price to get healthy and feel better. The money spent on eating junk food or eating fast food is going to healthy food at profile. I now enjoy lots of vegetables and eating healthy while dining out. I haven’t felt hungry or been hangry thanks to profile. Check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: I hate diets!!! Don’t you? Great, because this is soooo not a diet. It’s a beautiful program that works! I have been on “diets” my entire adult life; they work at first but I always end up “cheating” because I’m so deprived of the things I enjoy and I’m a lover of food. Profile is seriously made for me. I’m never hungry, I get to eat 6 times a day with delicious foods like chocolate bars, shakes, cakes, and salt and vinegar chips, not to mention food I cook which includes, fat, protein and veggies. I’m a busy working mom, I only cook one day a week to prep and it’s extremely easy to order out in restaurants as needed. It’s keto that works. Expect to lose 8-10lbs a month. But their secret sauce is the coaching you get to strategize together, celebrate success, discuss pivoting and accountability. Don’t think twice about joining!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Profile because they have helped me to lose 26#, and now I'm learning how to keep it off too. The program is based on science and the path from losing level to maintenance level is just tiny, baby steps that are easy to learn and gradually adapt to. There's also a terrific community of members in a private Facebook group, so I can ask anything and get lots of help.

Experiencia fantástica: I have attempted to loose weight several times in the past and although I did loose some, I always put it back on. Appetite suppression meds and then pushed out the door is not the approach that worked for me. This is where Profile Tucson and their coaching team have changed the game. I hit my goal of -45 lbs and have kept it off for a month so far with no problems. Losing the weight was easy, their meals were great but the education I received regarding how to make the changes with my eating habits is the winning difference. I have no doubts concerning my long term success this time.

I have my son’s wedding coming up and after seeing the amazing success my brother had in the program I decided to give it a try. I’m so happy I did! It’s been almost two weeks and I’m down just over 6 lbs. I have a month and a half until the wedding and already have had to exchange my dress for a smaller size.
