DJ is doing a great job at coming up with exercises I can fit in to a busy schedule so I can be sure to be consistent with my PT. Great folks, everyone is friendly and helpful.

All therapists (a) have given me great treatments, (b) given me effective exercises that I can do at home, (c) are great listeners, and (d) ask the right questions of me. Top notch.

Experiencia positiva: I was 5 days out from total Knee replacement. I thought that leg presses and wall squats were too much for the level of swelling and pain that I was experiencing. The swelling and pain worsened so much afterwards, I spent the next day immobile in bed. A slower, more measured approach would have been better.

Experiencia fantástica: Facility is very clean and pleasant. Vince is a very talented therapist. He diagnosed me as having DOMS which I had never heard of before. He was very thorough in examining hips and legs by checking my movement and range of motion.

Experiencia negativa: It says "Pelvic Floor/Women's Health" on the website under specialties for the Renton clinic but they currently don't have a therapist there that does this. Update your website so you don't have misleading information.

Experiencia fantástica: Vince Hui is a dedicated therapist. He uses his knowledge and wisdom to figure out how to help you with pain and recovery. I had PT elsewhere, but can't nearly compare to this place. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful as well.

My therapist, Kaylee V., has really zeroed in on the strengthening and stretching exercises I needed as well as in-house ball and weight work and has all greatly contributed to my continuing improvement. Very grateful for her investment in my rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: I have only had one initial visit so far. I felt like my therapist was great. Easy to talk to and made everything easy to understand. We will be working together for quite a while for several issues. Neck, lower spine, balance, nerve issues and more. Ching is the type of provider that I feel good about going to bc I know from our initial visit that she can help me in the most cost effective way. I have to watch my co-pay spending per month and she is totally going to try and work with my financial limitations. She listened very carefully. She asked important questions and she spent more time with me than expected. Most importantly, I left my appointment feeling hopeful for a better future me!

Experiencia positiva: I was assigned Dr. Vince Hui for knee pain and snapping hip. He touched my groin/hip without warning/telling me why or how long. The bedside manner was non-existent and I felt like his actions were all a big secret b/c he didn't explain any sort of diagnosis or the "why" behind my treatment or his touching in the groin. He assigned a severe daily routine (over 100 reps that took 30+ minutes to execute daily). When I asked to adjust he said to reduce sets/reps. When I mentioned that one exercise was difficult with a big chest he said "I'll have to think of a way around that" and two weeks passed without any update to my routine. It felt like he didn't want to put any work on his end, and for $500 a session I expect more than "do less sets and reps." I didn't feel respected or heard. I''m giving 3 stars because the front desk was excellent and I do think I would have had a better experience with a different person. I wanted to warn women to request a female PT -- I 100% will at the next place I try and I really wish I didn't have to learn that the hard way.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an evaluation with Vince and it went great he was knowledgeable and explained what my recovery is going to look like. After a nasty femur break and being non-weight bearing for two and half months, Vince assured me he could help get my confidence back and be able to resume my normal activities pre-injury. While it will be a few months and some hard work I left feeling that I will be in good hands with Vince. All the staff that I have interacted with were great!

They do an amazing job explaining details to help understand the injury and the rehab process, and are very clear on what to expect and what to do/not do.

Experiencia fantástica: It is always nice to be cheerfully greeted by staff members. In the past I have had knee replacements in 2004,and 2013 and had P. T. at those times and recovered rather quickly and even came to enjoy these sessions. By the time I was done I think I knew every staff member's name. Right now I am back at Peak's getting help with my sprained and bruised right wrist. I have only been there 3 sessions and the movement is getting better. I was given 'putty' to use at home and instructions on doing some other exercises. One of the wonderful pluses is that I could ask questions about the procedures and would get answers.
