Experiencia negativa: The negative review isn’t on the chiropractor himself, but the front desk staff. Tried making and appointment multiple times, never heard back and contacted them in all forms available. When I did finally reach them they didn’t input the information, so I couldn’t fill out necessary paperwork and tried contacting again and never heard back. Finally chose another office with better customer service, it shouldn’t be this hard to try and schedule an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Over a two month span, I called four times to try and make a new patient appointment for my daughter. Each time I received a recording, left a message but never received a call back. I totally understand if they aren’t accepting new patients, but that is a terrible patient experience to assume that as a result of no follow up. I’ve never left a poor review like this, but I’ve also never experienced this with a doctor’s office before.

There are on site massage therapists available. If you’re really in pain, Dr Ty will tell you to come back later the same day if needed at no extra charge! I usually do the package deal for 12 appointments. Such a Good value. I’m going in a lot less due to moving away but if I’m in the area, I make a point to stop in. Plus there is the resident office Doggo: Cooper.
