Experiencia fantástica: Great facility, quality racks and benches. They even got some strongman equipment too along with the powerlifting and weightlifting bunch. Good environment; everyone was nice! Met new lifters and even got to PR on my deadlift. Will definitely visit again!☺️

Not only to mention Hybrid also offers other equipment to cater to other sports, they are a facility with 24/7 access 7 days a week and the staff here is incredible and so warm welcoming. If you're looking for a gym that is catered to a hybrid athletic training style, this is the place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working out at this gym for about a year now and I have to say this is one of the best gyms that I’ve been to in Miami. It’s great for powerlifting and weightlifting and also just the environment in the gym is amazing itself. Overall though this is a great gym I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms I have ever had the pleasure of working out of. All equipment is top-tier and has everything you need whether you are into bodybuilding , weightlifting or powerlifting. The place is always clean and filled with cool and friendly people. The manager of the gym (George) is one of the best and always willing to answer questions or help you out. He keeps the place in tip-top shape and is super welcoming to all new members. I unfortunately had to move out of Miami but anytime I am back I will 100% be dropping by for a workout. One last note is to definitely check out any of the Hybrid Performance programs. I've been on one since I joined and just hit life time PRs on all my lifts during my last day at the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great space, cleaner than most any gym I’ve ever trained in. I was able to get in to train at 10:00pm which is great as so many gyms when I travel require drop in folks to come during “staffed” hours.

George, the manager, really cares about the member experience and keeps the gym well maintained, along with being a super nice guy. And with 24/7 access..... THE BEST. Walking distance to tons of food options for post-workout snack or coffee too! :)

Experiencia fantástica: What can I say…. Absolutely incredible gym. I’ve been here a couple of times now when I’m in town and there’s no way I would go anywhere else, I wish I had a gym even close to this quality by me. The equipment is incredible, eleiko oly bars, eleiko comp plates (both oly and powerlifting), amazing racks and platforms, and machines for the majority of accessories you would want. And the equipment is taken care of, bars routinely brushed and oiled, plates cleaned, and overall gym very clean. The staff are all wonderful, very friendly and helpful, George is always awesome and welcoming to me and others I have lifted with. Couldn’t ask for a better environment to get strong and get support.

Experiencia fantástica: Great lifting gym with heavy weights, including competition plates, and they have chalk! Coming from a more mainstream fitness center gym (that doesn't allow chalk) this is a nice change of pace. Easy to get in too just text the manager, pay and sign the waiver, and they give you the code to get in.

Experiencia fantástica: For those that Olympic or Power Lift - DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. This place has every bar, band, plate, or rack you could ask for. They need to open one in Boston! Best gym I've ever been to when away from home. BAR NONE!

Experiencia fantástica: Was in town for the weekend and needed to train both days. Hybrid performance method was accommodating and filled with all the equipment any powerlifter or weightlifter would need plus more. Next time I’m in town this is where I’ll be training.

Experiencia fantástica: While visiting Miami we decided to stop in and workout. The parking area was just a small lot, however I never had an issue parking. Both times I went, there were little to no people there meaning I had an open rack immediately and the gym was clean. The manager met with us and gave us goodies (shaker cups and ANIMAL supplements) which made us feel even more welcome. Will be visiting again next time we’re in Miami!

Upon entry I was greeted by Nikki and had such a wonderful conversation. Afterwards the manager George greeted me and was very hospitable! Give me the rundown on how the facility operates and explained what their Strong Saturdays were. They gym has top of the line equipment! I was able to train one of my heaviest days their with friends. It did not disappoint. Thank you Zoe, Nikki, and George for providing a space for me to train and being very welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: There are not only weightlifting and powerlifting athletes pushing the limits of what most think is humanly possible here, but everyone that we have met is both friendly and generous. The staff is super popular and busy, but many took time to chat with us while we were in town. You can't beat the equipment here, or the environment. But be an experienced powerlifter or weightlifter :)

Super chill place, Jeff even went out of his way to talk to me about the gym. ACTUAL strength gym and not some inflated bro gym by the beach, this is the spot!

Experiencia negativa: The worst spent money! It is about hybrid nutrition. Not achieved the desired results and tried to blame on me. Also when I informed that I am going to stop the membership my access to the fb page was immediately taken even though I had more than 20 days remaining. I complained but never got back any response. Really unprofessional.

Everyone is very easy and friendly to talk to, I think people mistake it when everyone are in their zone while training. Stefi, Hayden, and Alex have been very helpful each time I needed any help with anything. The place is very convenient in terms of training because it’s opened 24hrs and being spoiled with all the equipment that is provided in the gym. “Pay attention, don’t let life go by you. Fall in love with the back of your cereal box” (IYKYK) so find those gainss you’ve been looking for!

Experiencia negativa: Been a member since August 2019 and just cancelled my membership today. Staff? What staff. When the owners (Stefi and Hayden) or the Director (Alex) do show up, they treat you as an inconvenience if they even notice you. They socialize with their "squad" and everyone else is just taking up space. Unless you're an athlete with an Instagram following, stay away. Pretentious!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I went there Wednesday morning. I jwanted to visit the gym and have have an idea of equipments trainings, rates, coaching, diets etc... I could not find the entrance. I gave them a call . I was unfriendly told that i needed an apointment even though i was in front of the buiding. I'm lifting since more than 35 years and this is the first time i've heard something like that. Pretentious place and so "exclusive" that they will end up with no 'clients'. by the way, no free parking aparently so you have to pay 3.5 dollars for an hour in the street.
