Experiencia fantástica: After I had my last baby I had to have a hysterectomy. I am 31 years old and even though I have my ovaries, no doctor would listen to me as I’m tired, itchy skin when I say I’m tired, exhausted beyond belief, brain fog I couldn’t function, I couldn’t talk. I would mumble my words and sounded like I had a brain injury, moods out of control (thank God for my husband being so kind over the last two years) I went to endocrinologist I went to OB/GYN’s all I was prescribed was thyroid medication no one would look into my hormones. All I was told was I had my ovaries and I was fine even though my lab work showed otherwise the doctor would help me. I have been going to see Lexie on and off for over the last six years. She’s amazing with Botox and the O-SHOT 10/10 recommend. She has always been so kind and amazing and I had reached out to her for a referral in a desperate attempt to save myself, but she ended up being my angel in my life over the last four months. I am currently on testosterone, progesterone and thyroid medication when I say I feel like a whole new person is an understatement. I am now excelling in my job. I am providing better for my family. I am a better mother. I am a better person and I cannot thank Lexie enough for looking into my lab work for helping me be a better version of me and helping me find myself again.

Experiencia negativa: Awhile back, I had 3 sessions of IPL, with the intention of getting rid of, or at least greatly reducing, the dark spots on my face. I have hyperpigmentation in several places. While being friendly, they actually ended up burning/damaging my skin on the 3rd visit. I ended up with white spots, which are also indented in my skin. It looks worse now than it did before this happened. Nothing has helped, and enough time has gone by that, if it was going to go away, it would have by now. It's become extremely difficult to cover with makeup. Just make sure you talk to them about not increasing the strength on the laser. The first 2 sessions were fine. The 3rd, they increased the strength, but by far too much.

Experiencia negativa: Well, my first time trying Botox and I must say it was not a good experience. I picked this clinic because of the location. I should have known better because I was there a bit early and she was on the phone chatting. She came out and told me my appointment was in 45 mins and went back inside the room. At my appointment time she asked my what I needed and gave me the shots no questions about any health issues. I told her I want “between the eyes wrinkles” and “smile lines on both cheeks” she quoted $ 900plus I asked for a discount and she said she usually don’t but dropped it to $880.00. She was finished in less then 35 mins and said it usually takes about 7 days to take full effect. To call her if I am dissatisfied. Well I called about 10 days because I still saw wrinkles between my eyes, one strong line and a few small ones, and I obviously had a smile line that was visible in my left side of my face. She responded and said, give it 14 days, I said I can’t, I have personal reasons why I got the Botox in the first place. She responded with “ well I have COVID 19” so you will have to see one of the other ladies. I was mad, I said, so you are saying that I have to pay to get this fixed? She said well you did not pay for the smile lines, you paid for the in between the brow and fillers. Which comes to her customer service attitude. I did not even know what fillers were until she claim she was going to put one in my right cheek. So now I am just as confused and frustrated with her. After finishing my appointment which she rushed, she practically threw me out the office because she “had to go pick up her kids” I would never go there again.. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING BOTOX, SELECT ANOTHER LOCATION.

I was scared to death of the idea of Botox but desperate for help with the TMD/TMJ.. she did a minimal amount to put me at ease and told me if I need more in a week, she will do more. How amazing! I’m so happy I found this Med Spa! Thank you ladies.
