Experiencia positiva: After being a long-time patient, I felt this business became less patient service prioritized after our last interaction. However they showed their want and ability to change that view. Madi went out of her way to fix the issue that was located when it was believed to be completed. Ad the patient you should ask for an explanation of the shipping process and follow the instructions given to the t. The pharmacy will not issue prescription replacements if it is not deliverable. Refunds, are not to be issued due to company policy. You sign a full release agreement before they provide the service. Please pay attention to what you sign. The owners and management care about your business but policy is something that protects both the company and patients. Some staff are as committed to helping in any situation. I recommend this business if you want an honest and caring relationship for your journey.

Experiencia negativa: Good - Staffs are friendly at both locations (Westbank & Eastbank). Bad - It’s a lot and I am really frustrated. This is not to single anyone out but policy stinks at this place. I am on Terzepatide After ordering dosages from Westbank location, I managed to get mine the following day. Shortly after, it became more convenient for me to get my dosages from Eastbank location. After four weeks, I was up for another prescription but Aspen Clinic had changed medical distributors which four weeks had passed by before I had to call Aspen Clinic to ask, “Where is my stuff?” I received my dosage two days later. Already, I felt the disruption affecting me physically and it wasnt fun. Not wanting this to happen again, I did my consultation with the doctor three weeks early so I wouldn’t have a delay in dosage shots. Luckily it the prescription came two days later. So I was set to have no more interruptions and I was good only to discover three weeks later that what the company had sent me was Semaglutide. Apparently the doctor that consulted me weeks earlier entered the incorrect prescription. Extremely annoyed because I was on such a good pace, the office manager came in and suggested that the correct medicine can be overnighted but I would have to pay for shipping costs. Are you kidding me? The doctor on duty screws up and I have to pay for shipping again. Office manager tries to justify it with “Well since this version of the medicine is cheaper than the previous distributor, it balances it out. I run very successful companies yet in no way it made sense to me. Fast forward a few days, the dosages I needed were not overnighted. So I call Metairie and was told someone will get back with me. Called again and no one returned a call. I decided to go visit the office to see where my hard earned money is going only to be told that under no circumstances do they do refunds despite no wrong doing on my part or product received. Apparently, the incorrect dosage I received has to be returned in the first of a claim and after waiting already for a week, I was told, it will take 7-10 days and is under review. So I thought I would ask if the learned doctor would be in to write another prescription, but she is on vacation coupled with everything being closed on the Fourth of July, it was a perfect recipe for undeserved headaches A receipt from what I know is a contract. I paid for a service and product and didnt get either. The mere fact that I am not getting either is frustrating. I firmly doubt that I will get product or my money back so I am forced to contact an attorney. It’s not a great deal of money I know but the principle matters.

They have an excellent facility, and it is a very pleasant atmosphere. I was intimidated at first about losing weight for my wedding Going there and getting support from the staff and other patients as well I have had a very smooth weight loss journey and no, I can always go back for supplements and Support.

The young women who work in the clinic are very nice but I visited when everyone was new that day and waited an hour plus to be weighed. They apologized and I had another visit at their new location with a very unfriendly doctor. Older gentleman who threw the papers in front of me when I asked him for my options. Between those last two experiences and side effects I’m discontinuing the medicine and Aspen visits.
