She made me feel so comfortable and gave me everything I needed for aftercare of my treatment. She even followed up with a phone call the next day. I will definitely recommend this place

Female staff set my appointment up for tomorrow and asked to redeem my voucher prior. She said voucher redeemed or pay $25 for the appointment. And she didn’t asked if I was over 50. And no, I am not over 50 yrs old. SMH… See attached policy. Shady business!!!!!

I was reschedule three time the day off because the Dr. was sick three different dates like two to three weeks apart, decide to give them a chance by bringing my husband for some procedure and the Dr. her self was very rude to him, did not show any kind of feeling to my husband's concern, not to mention that they sent him a text earlier that day that the nurse was not available because she was sick!!! At this point honestly I feel discriminated, I have never had such an experience before, my husband and I simply walked out of the office and no one contacted us to see our concern. I worked in the Orthodontic field and when this situation happens, if it happens, we will contact our patients right away to see if there is anything that we can assist them with, such a bad customer service from Serenity MedSpa. I usually don't make reviews unless I have something nice to say, but I had to do this one because I felt discrimination.
