Because of their response and willingness to resolve the situation, I’m updating my review to reflect the positive experience. *** My experience with Life Wellness Chiropractic has had its ups and downs, but thanks to their efforts to correct the issue, I can now say I feel much better about recommending them. The massage therapy I received there, especially from Christina, was absolutely outstanding. She gave the best massages I’ve ever had, hands down. I was a regular for quite a while, and the pricing and overall service at that time were excellent. Christina has since moved to Sage Academy, and I followed her there because she’s just that good. I also tried some chiropractic treatments, though they personally didn’t have a major effect for me — but the massage therapy was truly world-class. The issue I originally had involved a billing situation from 2020, where a charge didn’t go through and I wasn’t aware of it until late 2024, when I was contacted by a collections agency. With multiple address changes and a buried text message I missed, I truly didn’t realize there was an outstanding balance. At first, it felt frustrating because I wasn’t given a clear chance to resolve it directly with the office before it escalated. However, after Dr. Saul personally intervened, listened to the situation, and extended a willingness to work toward a solution, it completely changed my perception. It showed that Life Wellness Chiropractic genuinely cares about their patients and is willing to make things right when issues arise. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds speaks volumes — and their response made all the difference for me. Thank you again to Dr. Saul and the team for taking the time to reach out and handle it so professionally.

Experiencia fantástica: Update after 6 months of the program: After three months of adjustments and massages my neck was much better. It feels move free now. After 6 months maintenance, so far goes well. Started my gym for a month, quite satisfied now. Since I am in an old age, I do things slow also need to avoid to hurt myself. I am pretty happy that I have professional chiropractor and personal trainer help me. ———————————- For a full personal care, talk to the doctors in this place. As I am aging, I have all different problems on my neck, back and shoulders. An adjustment, massage and eventually a gym under professional supervision hoped to help me. I did well on the adjustment and very a good massage. Just going to start my gym, wait to see how it is going.

Not only are there adjustments and knowledge superb, they are so very kind. Them and there staff That was a grand turn around . Experiencia fantástica: On my first visit I was very surprised with how happy the staff was! This maybe why I have always recivied quick responses in communication. Dr. Lisha was very responsive and empathic as I explained my pains and mobility issues. After the consultation, I felt she did a thural exam. I was surprised me on what she found on my back. The staff than proceeded to take measurements and X-rays. Dr. Lisa came back and we looked at the x-rays quickly so I can have an idea of where I'm at but the next visit, after she has reviewed everything, she will have an in depth analysis and let me know if she can help me. I was beyond happy with the service and warm enteractions. I do highly recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia positiva: I wish I could give it 5 stars because the massage therapist was fantastic, informative, and just a wonderful person... And this review didn't reflect on her. But unfortunately they were unwilling to correct a price issue. I booked the massage with a special of $50 for a first-time client, but the owner removed the special before I had my appointment and I wasn't notified that the cost had changed. In fact I didn't even receive a receipt at all because they ran my card after my massage when I wasn't there. My massage ended during their lunch break and had I known of the cost, I would have never even gotten the massage. Not for that price.

Experiencia negativa: Everyone’s nice but they’ll give you X-rays and say your back is going to fall apart unless you sign up for a years worth of massages and corrections as if it’s life or death. They did this to me and a guy I know in his 20s, over a year later I have zero back pain and didn’t pay the nearly $6000 that they wanted.

Experiencia fantástica: I get regular Chiropractic care at LWC. Dr Saul and Dr Lisha are wonderful and attentive. The program doesn't take much time and they are very thorough and professional.

Could easily be a 5 star but they are quite a bit more expensive than other chiropractors I have been too and the main reason I stopped going is their appointment model. They schedule people in groups and then you stand in line and get adjusted 1 after the other. Felt like cattle. The music also creeped me out.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here after some rough pregnancies/deliveries because it was highly recommended by people in the community. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. This is not a “quick fix” establishment- they are here to truly improve your health and well-being. Very holistic without being too “new-age”.

Experiencia negativa: Garbage. The chiropractor I met with must have been a snake oil salesman in a previous life. I went in with upper back pain so bad I could hardly take a deep breath. I spent an hour there listening to him talk on and on abou chiropractor stuff, take xrays, charge me over $200 for that, then have the audacity to tell me to return the following week for my adjustment. Oh yeah, they would charge me for a separate office visit for that second appointment. Are you kidding me??? I come in pain and you dont help? So I go back and he does a "test adjustment.". He di one minor adjustment and told me to come back the following week and he would do more...we could also discuss my treatment plan and how my emotions affect my back...okay. No. What a joke. All this guy wanted to do was figure out how many times he could get me back in his office. According to him I had seriously back issues that needed addressing. So why he didnt address them just proves these people just want to make money off you.

This is not a place where you are just another number - My wife put it well when she told me "we were friends not just patients." Being able to show us on X-rays what our spine was doing was very helpful, both in determining treatment regimen as well as knowing where progress was empirically as well as what still needed more attention.

Experiencia fantástica: I started treatment a year ago with Family Lifestyle Chiropracric after being falsely diagnosed with bilateral carpal tunnel. I had several other issues too but my doctor limited me to only 3 issues for treatment, which I found startling to learn. I was referred to a physical therapist that could not resolve my issues so I pursued chiropractic care and fortunately found Family Lifestyle Chiropractic. The diagnostic skill and practice they provide largely resolved issues with my wrists, neck, shoulder, lower back and knee which has given me greater range of motion, more restful sleep, eliminated numbness and tingling in my hands and resolved back pain. I am a faithful and loyal patient and look forward to continued success as time goes forward with supportive maintenance throughout the rest of my life. These fine doctors are a godsend to Moses Lake!
