It is evident they really care about the whole person, and want to make sure you are fully informed so you can make the best decision as to your own care. In addition to many areas, Dr. C is also a highly regarded expert in Hormone therapy. Her expertise and compassion is a far cry from my first Dr. telling me, " just take more advil and drink more coffee." I'm amazed at how much adjusting your hormones can really change your life. I also just had my first Sofwave treatment and am already seeing great results. I have a thin face and am seeing more fullness in my midface and jowl area, and some tightening in the jawline. It is an awesome procedure and the best part is, there's no downtime!

I love her ever expanding Beauty and Wellness programs, I have benefited from her Morpheus 8 treatments that I did not find painful (but I do have a high tolerance to pain). She is a very skilled dynamic and authentic doctor and I feel like I don’t want to ever give that up…she has evolved and grown her practice and yet maintains her essence as a person who seeks the best for her patients and i am grateful for her care. Now my problem is I don’t always get to see her as she is busier and has shifted to others supporting the overflow…but they are capable and she is there to check anything that needs her eye.

My hairstylist recommended Dr C after I was telling her that I just didn’t have energy, was abnormally tired and had several other midlife issues. I wasn’t really sure what I was hoping for when I went in for my first visit, but I knew something just wasn’t right. Dr C explained that my issues were most likely related to my hormones. This surprised me as I didn’t have the typical menopausal symptoms. No night sweats, no hot flashes or weight gain. I thought I had just cruised through menopause. I was very wrong. Fast forward four years, and thanks to Dr C, my hormones are balanced and I feel better than I did 15 years ago. But It doesn’t stop there. This past year I had severe stomach issues that no one could diagnose. I was in constant pain. Even the GI doctor had no answer except prescription medication to reduce the acid. This did not help the problem at all. After being in pain for almost 5 months, I again turned to Dr C for help. She recommended a natural product that contained a peptide as well as other natural ingredients, and within a week of taking it, my issues had resolved completely and have not returned. Dr C is now my Dr for all things. She is knowledgable, caring and has a wholistic approach when treating patients!! She doesn’t just give meds to mask a symptom. She finds the root cause. Please get tested and get the pellet hormone replacement therapy. It is life-changing - please do not go see doctors and listen to them say that you do not need your hormones tested you do! So please go now and change your life. Hormones also have a huge impact on depression and anxiety so get them tested. It took years to get someone to listen and run the test I needed. Dr C listened and did not hestitate. I had gone through menopause in my late 30’s and no one figured it out. I had an autoimmune disorder that had go undiagnosed. I loved her from the very beginning because she took her time listening to all my concerns and she always explains everything in detail and in a way that is easy for me to understand. I also see Aly the physicians assistant for nutritional counseling and weight loss and she has really gotten my health Back on track. Experiencia fantástica: I have to share a review about this product because the world needs to know about it!! Dr. C recommended me the most amazing skincare product called SoME Skincare. It is a skincare product that blends your own PRP with it’s ingredients. I had my blood drawn in office and was sent home with this amazing stuff! This serum has been like magic for me. I originally purchased it for anti-aging purposes but later found all the benefits this magic potion has done for my skin and health! After applying on my face, I would put the extra left on my hands on different parts of my body. After a few days, I noticed the slight fungus I had on my fingernails had COMPLETELY gone away! After realizing this, I put it on my toes and to my surprise … the next day the fungus was gone!! Magic!! After I realized this I started putting it on targeted parts of my body, I put it on my lashes and eyebrows and my lashes and brows have grown significantly! I had a red/raised spot in my hair line that I put SoME on and while the spot is still there, it has lightened a ton and even went down and is not as raised. Experiencia negativa: Hello, my wife just came in for an appointment and I would love to add remarks about how horrible the experience was. First of all, Mirela is usually late to every appointment even when it is her first one of the day (how does that work). Second of all, she never has anything good or useful to say, so what kind of help is she really doing for her patients other than being rude and judging them. Third of all, I hope you all do a better job in the future for others because this is straight awful and embarrassing.

Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing staff. I absolutely love my visits here. I have never looked forward to going to the doctor but I genuinely feel so much healthier after every visit. The doctors are phenomenal and so caring!

Experiencia negativa: I have never left a negative review before, but the service I received today left me feeling small and powerless. When I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment as requested, the receptionist left me know that due to a system error they had been unable to verify my insurance, and insisted I call my insurance and wait on hold. When I tried to push back on this and ask why I hadn't been informed earlier, and give my insurance card so she could call the provider number, she made it clear that her time was more valuable than mine. She said "I don't have time to wait on hold." She then had me sit and wait for 20 minutes, while I could hear and see her whispering with the other receptionist. I have never felt bullied at a doctors appointment before, and I felt small and powerless, and tried to leave. I went up to the desk and tried to advocate for myself. I asked to cancel because I needed to get back to work, and asked for my money back from the deposit. She looked me right in the eye and said they would not be giving me a refund, even though I had been told over the phone it was a credit card hold for a potential membership that could be discussed. I had chose Hera because I had been hoping to find an office where I could feel safe and heard, and like they would have my best interest at heart, and it was the total opposite. I would urge management to put a policy in place that verifies insurance in advance and reaches out to the client if there is any issue prior to the appointment. I would also urge them to change their refund policy if services are unable to be provided. $60 dollars is a lot of money to lose for absolutely nothing in return but wasted time and disrespect.

The room is decorated with beautiful art work with bright happy colors.. Then Dr. C comes in asks how you are, then takes her time answering any questions you have. The Dr and staff make the experience of seeing a doctor pleasant. As a patient, I feel cared about.

I joined the monthly concierge membership and it’s a great perk to be able to text a personal line and get responses from the staff within minutes, you never get that at medical offices! I also get laser and cosmetic treatments religiously by nurse Meghan here and she is the only person I trust with my face. I just turned 30 and she keeps me looking 23 with the Potenza treatments and Botox-yay! HERA is a one stop shop for all my beauty and wellness needs !

Which she recommended because I had big fibroids. I feel I really connected to the staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Mirela Ceraianu, M.D. at Hera Health, seeking treatment for various health related reasons and chronic pain relief, since April 2021. I am a retired 62 year old artist, due to the arthritis throughout by body, that has caused the lack of cartilage, bone on bone on every joint and excruciating pain.
