Experiencia negativa: DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!!! I had the worse negligent service at Lemus Natural Medicine. First of all, I visited this doctor on 10/17/2022, the 1st visit and a follow up visit for a second time. I paid $1000 for the service they were going to provide plus I had to paid extra for the medicine almost $500. Almost three years later, Lemus sent me a letter harassing me to pay a balance for a treatment that they never finished. This is insane, how this clinics are committing fraud, stealing the money with. Lies. Do not trust this doctor, I have faith that one day not to far away they will get sue and the fraudulent business they carry, will be terminated.

Experiencia negativa: despues de muchos anos aui en usa no uso sus servisios estos medico te hacen clientes su mision es la de tenerte como un cliente de por vida mandandote ha referidos de sus amigos te mandan muchas pastillas pero curarte no lo hacen y tal vez ellos ni lo saben que han siso educados en un sisteman para que seas un cliente de por vida tomando pastillas que esto sirva para los recien llegados y los que esta aqui pastillas que te acaban con tusalud y destrullen toda tu mflora intestinal este senor no me gusto la cantidad de suplementos que manda bien caros y vienen de california la mata del fraude mi recomendasion si te va ha curar que lo haga con resuldos que no tenga tanto patilleo de companias farmaceut

Experiencia positiva: Exelente clinica,buen colectivo,muy profesional con la mejor de las atensiones sobre la base de lograr los objetivos deseados en miras de superar la anomalia del paciente.En mi caso me atendi el astma en primer caso y los resultados fueron 100% positivos ,mas tengo en curso el tratamiento de sintomas de digestion lenta y ya veo resultados positivos a un 70 % ,aun faltandoel 50 % del tiempo para completar.

Experiencia negativa: La verdad es que no quede satisfecho, la consulta costo $2000.00, el Doctor me vio 2 minutos el resto ha sido con las asistentes, los suplementos costaron $600.00 la primera vez y la segunda consulta $500.00, tengo que tomar 32 pastillas diarias y una dieta extrema, el exito de mi mejora ha sido mi voluntad y disiplina. Mi recomendacion es no gasten ese cantidad de dinero con Dr.Lemus que no vale la pena. The truth is that I was not satisfied. The consultation cost $2000.00, the doctor saw me for 2 minutes and the rest was with the assistants. The supplements cost $600.00 the first time and $500.00 for the second consultation. I have to take 32 pills daily and follow an extreme diet. The success of my improvement has been my willpower and discipline. My recommendation is not to spend that amount of money with Dr. Lemus, as it is not worth it.

Proteínuria tenía mi función renal, al 25 por ciento el doctor Lemus me dijo que íbamos a sorprender a mi nefrólogo y yo confiando en sus palabras se supone que él sabe, hice el tratamiento y la sorprendida fui yo, lo que hizo fue acelerar mi enfermedad a los dos meses me hice análisis y ya los tenía al 21 y siguió bajando hasta 19 por ciento ya estoy en una lista para transplante y además todo el gasto que hice solo para empeorar eso fue un tratamiento malo irresponsable del doctor Lemus sin medir consecuencias.

Experiencia negativa: All I can say is steer clear. I left after my initial and felt guilty and concerned that I may have made a mistake. I did. I gave it two because the assistant I had the first time was so kind and sweet. It felt like she really did want to support me and understood how I stressed I had been about my health. Let me also preface, my Spanish is not fully fluent, however, I was able to engage in the whole evaluation in Spanglish. I clearly misunderstood the payment structure I agreed to. I made a lump sum payment at that time and had another due later. I was under the impression my next sessions would be without charge and when I came back for the 3rd or 4th I would owe the next. After cancelling and rescheduling, I thought that would apply. I rescheduled on the phone and was not told to expect the next sum payment due. Fast forward to today. I am clear on my mistake. Totally on me for not being prepared or even asking, while on the phone. I can own that. What left such a sour taste in my mouth was the defensive and rude way I was treated in light of my mistake. Had this assistant been more kind and simply used common customer service skills maybe I would go back. I felt like I was going back and forth with someone who cared more about being right than helping me in what I misunderstood and offering a solution. In fact, I had to be the one to shut down the back and forth and let her know I was not prepared and we needn’t continue discussing it. Safe to say I will pay my remaining balance, request for my labs, and take them to another provider. Such a shame given one of mt best friends had such a life changing experience with them. The trust and compassion is gone and, for me, that’s enough to go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Lemus does not care about his patients. That first initial appointment they make you feel like they truly care and have all the tools to help you heal, but it's all a fraud. After charging thousands of dollars, they put you on an extremely limited foods diet 'based on your test results' for several months and tons of supplements (sold by them). At first, you obviously feel better. Anyone who stops eating processed foods will definitely feel better!! They bring you in for follow ups and the doctor is never around. They do a quick review of your symptoms, they look at your blood and sell you more supplements!! It's sad that they only care about the $$.

All was great when I started in January, by February I was feeling better and lost about 10 pounds, by March all was the same and no changes for me, when had my appointment they change some pills and waited, when back to my appointment in April, they told me to be patient, change my pills, and after 1 month May 9 no improvement was present, I called and email themto explain my concern and dissatisfaction, no answer, back in May 25 I emailed them again, no answer. I kept taking all that I bought and waited to see if they will call me for yhe appointment on 6/7, yes!! They call and the lady told me that the email was not frecquently open but she will forward to the Dr. Little after an email from Joseph Lemus is received with no empathy, no apologies, no nothing just telling me as I requested to cancel all they did, I wrote back that I lost my time and money, the reply was "it was your decision" Very expensive $3,700 spent fir a very unprofessional place. Do not recommend at all!!

Ellos tienen que llamarte para darted la cita y aquí comienza el problema, se nos acabaron los medianeros y no nos dieron citas. Cuando me llamaron ya había pasado 3 meses y por molestarme me recomendaron wue si quería ir más no había ningún problema. Me visto 2 años convencer a mi esposa Para aceptar este tipo de tratamiento y así termina una relación. Por mala atención!!!

Experiencia negativa: Because of all the advertisement in the radio program with Agustin Acosta my elderly mother decided to make an appointment to see the “Dr Lemus” that according to her was offering to help people to feel better with his natural medicine. Our experience was very poor except for the assistants or specialists that were very professional and try to compensate for the lack of professionalism, respect and the rudeness of Mr. Lemus. Firstable, she never saw Mr Lemus, everything is done by the assistants and the only time she asked to see him to ask him about some concerns about how she was feeling after four visits and following his regimen he came to the room, looked at the computer with the assistant, told my mother about how he was trying to stop my mother from taking her cholesterol medication with his treatment recommendations and when I asked him with my mother’s permission how he was able to determine the amount or dosages of his supplements and vitamins he was adjusting and telling my mother to take without any lab tests, he opened the door and left the room abruptly. We couldn’t believe what he had just done including his assistant that tried to apologize for him. Never an apology, a letter, e mail or a call to explain his behavior or apologize for such lack of respect toward his clients after $1349.00 had been paid. Our attempts from my mother and myself to get an answer from him have been in vain. This is the real “Dr. Lemus” according to our experience.

I went there with heavy bleeding with the hope to get help, they just charged me a big amount of money, first just to send some saliva and hair test to Texas they charged about $700 and then just to read the results another $650 and then more than $400 in supplement. To make it short, nothing worked and they keep charging me for the refills. Never ever even a courtesy call to know how I was. In the end I just wasted more than 2000 dollars and felt even worse that at the beginning. Very very disappointment that they make business out of desperate people searching for health. I just give a second start for the asistant doctor who was very kind and in a discrete way suggested me it was not going to work but I didn’t listen to him.
