Experiencia fantástica: This is my first time to seek chiropractic care and I am very pleased with Complete Care Chiropractic. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door & the staff introduced themselves, which I was impressed with. After signing in I had a brief wait & Dr. Ballard came & introduced himself to me, again, impressed. Dr. Ballard & the staff, Brenda & Angelina, are so friendly, show concern & always ask if I need help with any of the exercises. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Ballard & the treatment I am getting. It truly doesn't feel like the "typical" doctors office & I would highly recommend Complete Care Chiropractic.

Experiencia negativa: They don’t do any neuropathy treatment at their facility and waste your time trying to sell you a home care package for thousands of dollars. High four to five figure packages without ever getting to try treatment before you buy. They are only there to push a package on you. In my opinion, you should beware of this clinic. They waste about two hours over the course of 2 visits and you do not get an adjustment or any neuropathy treatment there at all. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Terrible experience. Especially if you’re driving in from distance looking for help. It seems very suspicious….

I went in to Dr. Balllard and his team for treatments and they are so helpful and nice. After a few months in to get my adjustments, I am free off shoulder and neck pain. They are always so cheerful and positive and always greeting you at the door. I can't say enough about those ladies. They are the best. And as for Dr. Ballard, he's the best chiropractor I've been to in a while and I love how ge operates his business. I like how he has us do our exercises, then he treats us, then we go back to the exercise regium. Dr. Ballard is very sweet, personal, always has a smile on his face, makes sure he greets in some form of either a smile or "Hey, how are you?". I love this team so much and now they are more like family to me. Keep up the great work you all!!

He has identified problems with my cervical spine and hips that have been ongoing for roughly 10 years. I have seen a handful of chiropractors, spine and sports doctors, and not one doctor has mentioned the loss of curve in my cervical spine, the tilt in my hips, or the reason for my ongoing headaches and worsening pain. Dr. Ballard identified this in one visit, goes over the x-rays with you and explains every little detail of his treatment, your cost is upfront. I slept wrong and woke up not being able to turn my head to the left :..( After a thorough explanation of what was going on with my spine, I decided to sign up for treatment. A few weeks in I had regained almost all of my neck mobility and all the pain was gone. What I didn't understand about my spine is how it contributes to much of my pain throughout the body and that it takes consistent incremental adjustments/exercises to regain a healthy curved spine.
