Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to RECOVERY SCIENCE for less than a year. Normally, when I go there, I usually do CRYOTHERAPY, followed by the INFRARED SAUNA. But, recently, I was introduced to EECP. It stands for Enhanced External Counterpulsation. This therapy is designed to increase blood flow to your heart by compressing your legs. One session lasts one hour. So, eat very light. Make sure you have gone to the bathroom beforehand. Through this process, your heart developes "COLLATERAL" arteries. These new arteries bypass narrow, or old blocked arteries. Which is a GREAT THING!!! I did 10 sessions. And it improved my energy, and lowered my heart rate and blood pressure. I did this as a preventative measure. It is a procedure for anyone looking to improve blood circulation and heart health. Your investing in your health. YOUR HEALTH IS EVERYTHING. The alternative is going to the doctor, and getting put on medication. I plan on doing another 10 sessions in 6 months. Like a lot of health minded people, I try to do an 80/20 approach. Diet is the most important thing. Without a good diet, you will never get GREAT sleep. Without great sleep, getting up to exercise will be much harder. And then you might derail yourself, which will follow you through the day. The owners MARK and HYEWON LEE (pronounced "HEY -ONE) are great. They always have a legitimate answer to any question I might have. They are pretty busy, but, always will find the best schedule to work with you. Yeah, it's a business. But it's health business that is genuine. You can feel that when you there to feel and get better. It's nice to have a support team. And they are great at it. John K. Lund

She is very professional and at the same time made the experience very personable. I did some cryotherapy and, to my surprise, they offer nutrition planning. This is great because I’ve been working and not focusing on my diet. With the help of Meifie I was able to start up on a good diet plan and hopefully I can keep on track!

Experiencia fantástica: First off, I'd like to say that the staff is really friendly. I forgot to ask her name, but I am glad that I was able to work with her the times I've gone. I've gone in twice so far due to a pulled trap muscle that gradually pulled my neck, upper back, shoulder, chest, and tricep. It also started to pinch a nerve in my shoulder. I was dealing with it for 2 weeks in which I was flossing, using dit da jow for massage, meditating, stretching, theragunning, cupping, you name it. I'd get some recovery, then something I did would just bring it right back. I drove by Lane Street and saw the little advertisement to set up an appointment for Cryotherapy. I've been meaning to try it for years, but never did. My first appointment I did cryotherapy and red light (without compression). After a day, my trap, neck, back, and shoulder finally stopped pulling. My second appointment I only had time for cryo, but I could feel my left pec and tricep slowly releasing and the pinched nerve slowly subsiding. I do plan to go in again for more cryo and red light/compression treatments because this appears to be helping far more quickly than all the self therapy I've been doing. I am so glad that I finally have a place that's fairly close to home and very close to the gym I go to. I plan to be a customer for a long time! Thank you for all your help!

I come weekly, I have tried 4 sessions of Cryo T-Shock body contouring, 4 sessions of compression and 2 sessions of Cryo mini facials. I also received a complimentary Fit 3D scan. This place is AMAZING and needless to say all the girls and owner are spectacular. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and they keep their facility very clean and with a very relaxing atmosphere. Their prices are great and Unbeatable anywhere in San Diego. Very very important to know that Recovery Science have the real Pagani Cryo machine. I consulted couple of places before deciding for Recovery Science and realized there are others with the knock off brand. If you consult other places before deciding Do your research and ask this important question that can make the entire difference of the results of the treatment. Also To clarify I am not receiving any discount or free sessions for my review, just an honest and very very happy customer. After my first mini facial session I honestly didn't expect a big improvement right away as it was only a 10 min session right?. OMG The results were beyond amazing! I have received so many compliments about my skin, from asking if I have had anything done on my face to if I'm using different make up because my skin looks younger, refreshed and moisturized. I am 30 now and really want to start taking care of my skin as a preventive measure and found Cryo to really give you all the benefits they claim to give you. I would recommend the Cryo mini facial to absolutely anyone. It's worth every penny. Some of their services are covered under FSA (Flex Spending Account), obviously not the cosmetic services but the ones for the health of you body do. I will be updating my review as I try other of their services

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to explore new ways of taking care of my body and stumbled across these guys through Instagram simply because of their introductory price/offer. It was $40 for a 3 minute cryo session, a 30 minute compression therapy session, and a full body scan (DEXA Scan for those who know what that is). I figured to just try that since it was already a good deal and I wasn't going to be pressured into some sort of membership. After my sessions, I realized that a membership was the way to go for me. I was treated outstandingly by their staff with zero pressure of doing committing, despite my decision to do so. Prices vary and I won't display them here because it is confusing and is better explained by a staff member. I highly recommend it.

I stopped in for cryotherapy after dumping my motorcycle out at the desert and bruising up my side and leg. At my age, those falls take their toll and recovery takes a long time.
