Experiencia fantástica: I came here to establish a new PCP after moving from another state. Georgine working the front was super friendly and addressed me right away. My appt started on time, the process was super efficient- my concerns were addressed and Dr. Park was super pleasant to talk to. Lab work was done by Quest Diagnostics, located in the office. Walter, phlebotomist, did an excellent job drawing labs (I hate getting lab work done and he did well to keep me distracted and had a great personality to keep me calm). Despite my below average veins, he was able to flawlessly draw my labs without issue. Overall it was an excellent experience- I was surprised to be in and out of my appt in under 45 mins with practically no downtime, esp for a afternoon appt. The office also looks clean, beautiful, and inviting. I would highly recommend this place.

Experiencia positiva: The clinic is nice. The doctor is great however the person who answered my call prior to coming in gave me a wrong information. I called and asked if they test for this certain virus and she said no. So I had to go to Urgent care just to get the test and then see my primary doctor. When I told her what happened she apologized and told me it’s a call center who picks up the phone. She did give a feedback regarding the call center. I could have saved $50.00 if the call center agent gave me the right information. Nonetheless, we like the clinic.

The body scan they offered as part of the checkup is a nice add on. The staff at the office are top-notch as well. I usually have trouble getting my blood drawn due to hard-to-find veins, but Walter did a great job drawing my blood on the first try. It's clear that they truly care about their patients' wellbeing and want them to feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to this office for my healthcare needs.

Experiencia fantástica: A medical emergency forced me to look for a new primary care doctor closer to home, and I'm so glad I was able to find Heale Medical. Dr Ng has been absolutely amazing listening to my needs and taking all my concerns seriously. I'm so happy to have found such a great provider. Wait times are short, complimentary coffee and water, and it's never crowded. Everything is super clean and the environment is so calm. I'm a very happy patient so far!

Experiencia negativa: Very unpleasant visit. If the doctor cannot finish a patient's visit within the designated time period, then they should schedule longer slots. I waited for 45 minutes. This is unreasonable. And the doctor is a bit arrogant. I highly doubt they discriminate against non-American patients. Apart from the long wait time, they are also not professional. The front desk called me saying that they want to cancel one of my appointments, but they ended up canceling the wrong one. I will not come here again. I will not recommend this office if you want to save your time.

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a new primary and stumbled upon Heale Medical. I made my appointment based on the good reviews and am happy that I did. Everyone from the front desk coordinator to Dr. Ng herself were incredibly friendly and attentive. Dr. Ng made sure to hear out my symptoms and how I was feeling in order to get the best sense of what could be happening with me. She then explained to me what medication she would prescribe and following steps. She was happy to answer any questions I had and in a way that someone like myself (no medical background at all) could understand fully. I have since scheduled a follow up appointment with Heale Medical since I feel comfortable and confident in their care. Also as a side-note, there are some dedicated parking spots for Heale Medical outside the practice (in addition to the other open general use free parking). This is a nice quality-of-life thing as someone who has had to deal with less than ideal parking situations before. I don't know if that's something Heale would have to negotiate with the building management or something, but if they did I just wanted to say I appreciate it!

Not sure why doctor let me do some non-preventative exams that I’m not aware of so I got charge a lot. Why I got test for vitamin D for no reason? I’m totally not aware of. won’t recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I found Heale Medical Primary Care on Zocdoc and I’m so glad I did! I saw the reviews on google was a perfect score so I had to check it out myself. The clinic is super close to where I live and I needed to find a new primary care doctor as my company no longer supported Kaiser. When I first arrived for an annual physical exam, I was welcomed by the front desk associate Georgina who was very friendly and helped make the onboarding process very smooth. I ended up getting a flu shot from the nurse and she was also very friendly and welcoming. I have a fear of needles but she made getting the flu shot very quick and easy. I met with Dr. Stephanie Ng and I felt she was very easy to talk to and very personable. I went in the afternoon, so I had to come back another day to get my blood drawn for the physical exam. They mentioned that I can just drop in at any time without an appointment which was so nice that it gave me that flexibility because my work can get crazy. I came back a week later in the morning to get my blood drawn by Connie Stevens and she was also lovely to talk to and we would be in conversation which really put myself at ease as she took 6 bottles of blood for the physical exam. I have a fear of needles and she made this process very smooth. I noticed they also had a 3D machine to get your body comp information so I asked Georgina about it on my way out and she mentioned that since I was there I can do a quick scan. I loved how I was able to also do this during this drop in trip. The furniture and interior design also felt like you were more at home instead of a cold hospital which I really appreciated as it felt more warm and comfortable. I felt very taken care of at this clinic and I’m very happy to have found this place so close by! I may actually want to go to the doctor’s more often instead of avoid them like the plague

Experiencia fantástica: From the woman that received me at the door, to Dr. Sarah Park, to the woman who took my blood my experience was the most pleasant, warm, and comfortable (yet still efficient and knowledgeable) I have ever felt when visiting a GP or any medical practice for that matter. Dr. Park’s bedside manner was one of a doctor who really listened and spent time with me in such a way that she far exceeded my expectations. Her office is well run but in a manner in which you aren’t just a number or a dollar sign, you are a human being they want to get to know to better understand your needs. This type of care paired with expertise is rare in northern Virginia so I appreciated their care, knowledge, and efficacy.

Dr Park asked me about my hopes and health goals and asked focused follow up questions about my health history and lifestyle. She was interested in what I’m already doing and offered a few specific suggestions that I can begin to implement right away, while she pulls together more data in preparation for my one month follow up consultation. It’s refreshing to find a physician who acknowledges the progress I’ve made and wants to work with me to guide me toward additional changes to become even healthier.

She took my vitals and said Dr. Park would be right in. I did not expect her to come so quick! At a typical doctors office you would wait for 10-20 minutes minimum for your doctor. Dr. Park was very attentive to my concerns and I did not feel rushed at all. Amazing and calming office! So excited to find my new doctors office in Virginia.

However, Dr. Park really took the time to have a conversation and listen to my experiences before providing her medical input. Georgine was also a key factor in making me feel comfortable. She explained parts of the appointment, such as the 3D Fit Assessment, in depth. This made me feel informed about what was happening and eased my comfort.
