The training I receive is top notch and keeps me progressing towards my strength and wellness goals. During COVID, the owners even allowed me to borrow cardio equipment to use at home until we were able to go to the gym again. Their customer service is prompt and the selection of machinery in the weight room is more than you could ever need. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I was coming into town for 3 weeks and needed a gym to workout during my stay in Tyler. This gym was well priced for the equipment variety and in a very convenient location. There was a bit of a bump when I went to cancel but that ended up smoothing out. If I'm ever back in Tyler this will be my gym of choice.

Experiencia fantástica: So I have been a member of 360 fitness for going on 12 years and I have always been super impressed with the gym and the staff and all the trainers, I knew that there was something special about the gym, I have always loved working out and through college being a college athlete, fitness is important obviously. But Michael Prince brought a new perspective for me in training and it has genuinely changed my life for the better at 40 years old. I am able to play indoor soccer with my 17-year-old daughter, I am mountain biking with my 11 year old daughter, and this is all because Michael Prince listened to my goals and aspirations, and he set me up to be in a position where I am physically, stronger, and better shape thank I was at 21 playing D1 soccer. He turned me onto bodybuilding bc he knew my competitive spirit…I won 2 out of my 3 shows so far and it’s all because of Michael…he is a RN that sets him apart from any other trainer in town bc not only is he great at teaching technique form and how to improve your health he has the clinical aspect that is rare for most trainers! I’ve learned to TRUST the process as he said, one thing I know is if you do exactly what he says you will see the results you are looking for. Fiver Trimble and Jeremy are also great trainers who are very helpful and responsive to every member that walks through the door. After traveling to multiple gyms when I travel I have identified that nothing compares to the cleanliness, the variety of equipment, the overall environment that 360 has to offer. They have become a part of my family and I would encourage anybody who wants to have a healthy journey to become a member at 360!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the atmosphere of the gym, and the trainers and staff are very friendly. There is everything you can imagine by way of equipment to use for any workout routine. The complimentary towel service is a plus. Having no childcare for moms that want to work out is no bueno. I was pushed into joining another gym with kid care. I absolutely loved my trainer though, and I was making great strides towards a healthier me. I didn't appreciate how it all shook out, but I'm glad we found a gym that works for me and my kids.

However when we was there we decided to do the personal training way because we really didn’t have a idea of where we was going with all this. Started good but the follow up on progress, the support, and moral was definitely not there....I just feel if someone’s says they care about helping you in every way possible then it should be done. Hope other people are getting what they need because I just do not feel it was here! On the brighter side it is a very good gym and very profession on the welcome side and getting started!

Experiencia positiva: The gym is good, little on the small side but a friendly atmosphere and staff. During peek times it can feel like you're on top of each other... Otherwise has almost everything you need plus it provides child care certain hours of the day. It's known for its personal training... My only complaint is when personal trainers are with their clients multiple machines are being taken up at the same time which can make it difficult for those who are there on their own. Great location and 24 hrs... I definitely recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: As an overweight person, I was very nervous about getting into shape, one of the reasons being that I was afraid of people making fun of me for being flabby and sweaty. But the trainers were really nice and actually asked me questions about my life and were encouraging of my goals.

The staff is all about the fitness life but the are never overbearing just very motivated and dedicated to getting you in the best shape possible. It is small-medium gym with one area for classes split with cycling section, daycare area in the back, a section for treads and row machines, small bar weight section, and a large section for total body machines, hand weights and miscellaneous stuff. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful for learning the ropes. Todd, my awesome trainer has helped me stay motivated and reach many goals . I recommend this gym and this trainer.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad that I found 360 Fitness. I was a member at another gym and wasn't really getting the workout I was wanting. I stopped by 360 Fitness one day was given a tour and a run down of all the classes they had, plus the personal training option they have. Everyone was very nice and helpful and continue to be to this day when I have questions. Whether it's about the machines, a class, personal training or nutrition. I have attended several of the classes and have loved all of them. They definitely give you a workout. Since I became a member they have added a couple of new classes which are just as awesome. The gym is always clean as are the showering facilities. I don't ever feel like I'm being judged and everyone is so friendly. I have started with a personal trainer for a couple of visits just to get me going on the right track to reach my goals. If you are looking for a gym that meets all your needs from the workout equipment, to classes, to personal training, to nutrition and want people who know what their doing and know what their talking about, you definitely need to stop by and visit with one of the friendly staff at 360 Fitness. You won't be disappointed.
