Experiencia negativa: This place is out of control, they really only see you as $$ if you do not have insurance. We paid a large sum of money to get our children checked then when they called us for the results they told us we had to go back in to get the result and on top of that we were told we would have to pay a new fee. This doesnt make sense, I dont understand, charging more money to just get results which we couldve gotten over the phone is ridiculous. They really do take advantage of the uninsured. Seems like they gotten use to taking advantage of people and no one ever saying anything.

Experiencia negativa: My Overall Experience, Upon waking into the clinic, you are received by two kind young ladies. Being my first time I asked what are the charges for a doctor appointment. It is 40 dollars to meet with doctor and 149 for blood test. Which is fine, however you spend more time with the nurse (which for the most part are kind) than the actual doctor. Due to the high level of blood pressure I was prescribed 4 medications within 8-10 mins sit down with the doctor based on high blood pressure. I Indicated where I felt physical pressure and the doctor rapidly check those point of pressure which I found oddly quick to do a good physical diagnostic . The amount of time to wait for blood results are 3-4 days, they stated they would call me however I showed up the 4th day (time frame of blood results) to request my diagnostics vs. getting a call. To my surprise I was told it would be an additional 35 to do a follow up, Which was a bit bothering to not know of an extra charge but was accommodating due to its low price. Once I was able to do my follow up with the doctor (whom I assume is Asian with a very strong accent). He began to go over my blood results which raised no concerns even tho I’m still feeling pressure in my head. Kind Doctor, however it’s very hard to understand several words and/or sentence resulting in lack of understanding as a patient which ultimately depletes confidence in your diagnosis. Once I started asking questions, the response was rapid and eventually after 10 mins the doctor made his way out leaving the nurse, and 10 mins with her she made her way out and made the receptionist give me a diet paper and said that’s it for now. My diagnosis resulted in 4 additional medication, which I find very odd due to my “normal reading” in my blood test. Over all not satisfied with service, feel no confidence in understanding what it is that i have and what steps I can take in order to correct my issue.

Experiencia negativa: I had a negative experience in this clinic, they are so rude, I just went for a reading test, and I stay there 4 hours waiting, also the bathroom not have soap to wash hands, and air dry hands, and some patients had Covid19 and some went for take test.

Hoy es martes y ni siquiera me han avisado si ya salieron los resultados. Igual mi mama esta en ICU desde el viernes en la tarde. Les dije que necesitaba los resultados urgentes, menos mal la lleve a urgencias....

Experiencia negativa: Would NOT ever recommend this place. My grandmother was feeling awful even had a seizure in their face and not one person tried to come help. Horrible staff. They just said they had no rooms and for us to call the ambulance. I NEVER went there again. Their fees are extremely high as well.

I've been hear for flu shots, regular blood work, prescriptions, aches and pains, and many other things. They even have a pharmacy built into the clinic. It's a great healthcare facility at a great location and I've always had a great experience. Fair prices too!

Experiencia negativa: AVOID AVOID AVOID The nurses and doctor cannot speak ENGLISH barely and are from third world countries. Their expertise is very minimal. They have some 75 year old geriatric doctor who tries to diagnose your CURRENT condition(s) based off PAST diagnosis from other doctors, never examining you for himself to make a conclusion. They try to bleed over $200 bucks out of you per visit. Everything is a money add up scheme to fleece you not treat you. Beware.

The doctors take a very long time to see you and when they do, they don’t care about you. They ask you to take deep breaths and they are not even listening your back or chest, they ask you to open your mouth while they are looking at your eyes. Please really happened to me. On top of this when you go to pick up your result they charge you again.

Experiencia negativa: I went to the clinic on Saturday, November 12, 2016 to get my eye rinsed out as I had a foreign object in my eye for more than 24 hours and my optometrist did not open his office until Monday. The eye-cleansing procedure was quick and they were able to remove whatever was in my eye. However, they gave me vaccine without my written or verbal consent. They simply asked me if I was allergic to anything to which I responded "no." Then, the nurse asked me to turn around and proceeded to give me a vaccine. I was told it was an "anti-bacterial" vaccine. I was also given "anti-bacterial" drops on my left eye. I paid $265 for this procedure. After leaving the establishment, I came to my senses as I was in a hazy state at the clinic. I immediately called and began questioning them what the vaccine's name was and what exactly the vaccine was for. I called twice and during my second call, I spoke to a nurse with a heavy accent. She told me I could have declined the vaccine and blamed me for not saying "no". She said "you are 24 years old and an adult, you could have said no." I informed her I was not verbally asked if I wanted the vaccine. Nonetheless, the argument continued back on forth with her using my age as her defending point for my claim. When I asked her for the name of the vaccine, she stated I could "go to google and search for the vaccine name." I asked for her name, doctor's name, facility license, and doctor license to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Health Services. She hung up the phone in a very rude manner. I called 3 times in a row after the nurse hung up on me and I was sent to voicemail. I have not been to a physician since 2010 and do not know the regulations regarding accepting or declining vaccinations. Because I do have all of my vaccines and I was given a vaccine I probably did not need, I felt confused. I was under the impression that every medical professional was responsible for explaining the procedure and inform the patient of any vaccines they may need and request to consent to the vaccine. Additionally, I did not receive a copy of the itemization of my procedure. I received a basic receipt similar to the receipts found in a receipt book purchased at Walmart. For future visits to any facilities, I will most definitely be more careful with vaccines. NOTE: I am reposting my review from FB because I went back and noticed some of the clinic's employees gave the clinic a 5-star rating without an actual review. As soon as I put in my 1-star rating, the overall rating dropped to 2.8. After the 5-star ratings were placed in, the clinic's ratings increased to 4.0. I work as a social media marketing specialist and I recognized the faces of 2 people who gave 5-star ratings to salvage the Facebook reputation of the clinic.

Experiencia negativa: We went there for Imigration Medical examination. They told us to come in a two days. Each time we go they said next day. Total we waited 4 more days to have result. Finally they called us to give the result. Then they said we need to see the doctor one more time. Your bet. This clinic is slow as turtle. They are obviously unorginezed. I do not recomend this clinic for medical examination. Pay more and find better place.
