Several of the techniques she has employed have helped significantly reduce my back and shoulder pain. She introduced soft tissue cupping into my traetment plan yesterday and the results were very noticable in an extremely positive way. Although I had never seen a chiropractor before coming to Dr. Melanie, I am so thankful she's willing to take things at a pace that works for me. Dr. Zair is who I see for a manual manipulation adjustment for my neck, back and knees. Brenda gives a great massage and is always gentle, but great at working out the knots and tension. I originally came in for acupuncture in my thumb to prevent surgery and I have been out of pain ever since. Totally amazing. I ride bikes alot and get help with my back with his chiropractic treatments. These treaments are a must for me to remain healthy. Not only does the acupuncture treat my thumb but Dr Zairs treatments work on any inflammation that I have.. Just cant say enough how wonderful I feel because of these treatements..Thank you Dr Zair

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Melanie and Dr. Phillip are the very best of people and unbelievable health care providers. I have known them as a patient and later as a friend. They deeply care about each patient and take a holistic approach to treatment. They are both passionate about the work that they do and show it with top level care. It feels like executive level care because so much thought goes into individualized attention and detail for every patient. I've been to other chiro care offices over the years, and other acupuncturist as well.... nothing comes close in book. I'm only subtracting one stat because I had a little trouble finding their Arrowhead office, but that's probably just me. They said they are currently working to make it much easier to find, at which point, I'll upgrade my review to 5 stars.

I initially chose this chiropractor due to the fact that it's open on most Saturdays and I'm so glad I did because Dr. Zair is wonderful. He helped my pain significantly and I also enjoy the techniques he uses. The office is small but cozy but they're also planning on renovating soon which I think is great.

This being my first time to see an acupuncturist I was a little apprehensive. I had a amazing experience which was very comfortable as doctor Zair took a consultative approach prior to my treatment. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. His office was very nice and convenient right off the I-17. I highly recommend Dr. Philip Zair and Dr. Melanie Dias to all my family and friends.

I hurt my lower back and the pain was so bad I ended up in ER only to be given no real answers and a bunch of pain pills. I had previously seen Dr.Dias for my upper back and knew I needed to come see them ASAP. In one month I went from barley being able to walk to being pain free. Appointments varied between adjustments and acupuncture. I also had taping done for support and got set up with good supplements/vitamins that are helping me heal! I had to bring my 14 month old daughter along with me to one of my appointments and their massage therapist held her to I could get treated! I have a full time job and three kids and they do such an awesome job working with your schedule so you can get in. I would recommend anyone to go see them! I am so thankful for them.

Dr. Melanie is very caring & patient; she listens carefully and takes everything you say very seriously (she even discovered the cause of my pain that went unrecognized by others, including myself). The office has a very zen feel to it- quiet and relaxing. The doctors are very involved with their patients, and even book follow up appointments themselves. Dr. Zair provides acupuncture, and Dr. Dias is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fibromyalgia treatment. Their massage therapist, Brenda, is very patient and kind, and was able to tailor a massage that was just right for my fibromyalgia flare up. After adjustments, the doctors recommended exercises to do at home to support the work they have done in the office. I have had significant improvement with carpal tunnel syndrome after just a few sessions and doing exercises at home. I would definitely recommend giving them a try; they have great specials for new patients.
