Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would, my son is now 3 about to 4 in October and I applied for WIC when I was pregnant with him in 2020 and here we are 4 years later and I never got an appointment or call, I’ve gone to the office several time throughout the 4 years and it’s never open, always closed. I’ve gone in the morning, before and after lunch, and before closing and nothing. Idk who runs this but they clearly don’t care about clients or children who need food.

Experiencia fantástica: They've always helped me in my times of need, if it wasn't for the amazing lactation consultants I wouldn't of been able to breastfeed both my children as long as I did. Friendly and supportive staff

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to two different WIC locations Rialto and Riverside and this is the best location. They provided a lot of helpful information on my first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for the first visit and left in less than an hour was not bad considering the usual time people end up waiting.

Experiencia positiva: Never stays on the appointment times. Pull a number when you arrive and still wait, even with appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: "I like what this program provides for the mothers with children and mothers to be,,not only do they give out the WIC checks,they offer different types of classes,,,from information on breast feeding to weight watching,,,the lady that's teaches these class seems to be VERY concern about the young ladies,andctheir well being,,and for theses reasons I must give WIC ,,,A 's up...."

Experiencia negativa: Lady at front desk is always very rude any time of day. However the male worker there is extremely helpful and understanding.

Experiencia fantástica: The people there are fast & very informative. I love their system. You pull a ticket and wait only a few minutes. They have people everywhere to help the clients.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place!!!! Great and helpful staff. Liza and Devonna are the best, but guys dont forget about West. They can assist you with whatever you need. They have plenty of resources available. Breastfeeding questions? They're here to help. I nursed 5 children and loved it. They were there every step of the way!!

Experiencia negativa: Just because you have an appointment doesn't mean you will be seen at that time. Waited 30 minutes in line & had to reschedule appointment since they were so busy and I had other appointments to go to. Not sure what appointments are for at this point. Takes over an hour if it's your 1st time enrolling. Not enough seating or room for strollers. Not sure it's worth the headache.

Experiencia fantástica: For the last 5 years I've used WIC. They have helped me tremendously with breastfeeding. They've always worked with me and for my best interest. The staff here is very hospitable and communicative. I suggest an update to their hours posted, and that they post their walk in hours aswell.

Experiencia fantástica: The Sistah Connection breastfeeding support group is great! Devonna and Liza are so nice. Even the front desk staff are quick and efficient. Thank you for providing this service and support for families!

Experiencia fantástica: This WIC is a distance, but the 2 times I went, it was clean, welcoming, and the receptionists were not stressed out. I went for the "Car Seat Program" and was informed of the proper way children of various ages should be buckled. I also received the low-cost car seats and was extremely excited about all the information I learned. I'm truly grateful for programs like these. ☺

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely a great program. Please support the Mo Valley branch. They have so many resources and a plethora of information available for the community. Also, Liza is awesome and deserves recognition for her compassion and overall passion for serving the families from the community.
