I mentioned that I might have foot surgery because I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for 5 years. He started adding some deep tissue and very painful massage to my foot. I was bent over and every step hurt. Dr. Schroder has backed up the hands of time. I now walk straight and tall, and pain free. FYI, I am 81 years old! I love feeling younger and having the mobility that I had at least 35 years ago. If you're hurting, THIS IS THE MAN to see!

Experiencia negativa: It is unfortunate that I need to leave such a negative review, but it is due to the lack of transparency in their billing of my care thru the insurance claim I had from a car accident. They dug in their heels as you can see from the text messages I am including here, refusing to answer the question I had about the cost of my adjustments so I could plan my care and budget properly. I received the bill which I am posting here also, only after I took time out of my day, dealt with traffic around 5pm, went to their office, and took my records with me. I would not be able to recommend this office in good conscience, and I am also sharing an image from my bill here of my initial appointment on Tuesday and a follow up adjustment on Wednesday coming to a total of $865. I have no issue with the amount billed as this was being taken care of by the car insurance company, but I refuse to go to a business where I can not receive transparency in the cost for services without having to go into the office. I have also filed a complaint with the Board of Texas Chiropractors. My perspective is simple- you have a right to know the amount being billed for any services you receive and you should not need to make a special trip into the office to receive billing information that can be communicated over the phone or via email.

Then I got into a wreck and had to get my neck adjusted. I was referred to Schroder and I couldn’t be more impressed. The assistant was incredibly helpful with the legal aspect of the wreck as well as welcoming to my babies. If you’ve been in a wreck, they are the ones to go to! The x-rays also showed my chronic problems and now I’m getting those adjusted as well.

I have seen other chiropractors in the past, and he is by far the best. I certainly will not be seeking anyone else, so long as I live here in Austin. Dr. Schroder is efficient at his work, yet I never feel rushed; he always takes the time to answer my questions and to look into my concerns. He's adept at chiropractic manipulations. Dr. Schroder strives to be flexible with scheduling. He was great at seeing me on short notice when I needed immediate attention. He also has a great "bedside manner" as well as just being a friendly and interesting and kind person who is easy to talk to. The office is run really well too. Calls are answered quickly, billing processed smoothly, etc. Perhaps most importantly, under his care, I'm experiencing great results. Top marks, all around.
