Experiencia fantástica: Going to Dr. Tague’s Center for Nutrition has changed my life in so many ways! First off, I just turned 60, and frankly I didn’t know that I could lose weight! Well, 5 months later, and I’ve lost over 60 pounds. That’s just part of it though. I am a tennis player and have become stronger and more confident than I have ever been. This past weekend I played in a 5 state playoff and went 3-0. My last match was just short of 3 hours, and I never felt tired! Do I recommend them? Absolutely!

Experiencia fantástica: There is no way I could have reset and lost the weight on my own, especially without tracking food and calories all day everyday. I tried but the scale didn’t budge in my late 40s. It’s pricey, but for me that is part of why I stick with it. There are also a lot of vitamins to take but it’s doable and needed because I was basically not eating all day and starving my body of nutrients. I didn’t realize how much inflammation I had. Within the first couple of days I felt my bloating gone and people noticing changes in my face. I forgot what it felt like not to be bloated and exhausted all the time. I am crazy busy, so weekly appointments have been a challenge, but I find the drinks, bars and food super convenient and time-saving. I am never hungry. The bars make it easy to cut out sugar which is a major win. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Tague couldn’t be kinder. There is a science to this and it works if you trust the process.

Experiencia fantástica: Is it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes. It just depends on you and how willing you are to lose the weight. First few weeks are rough, but they try to help you with lots of suggestions. Everyone on staff has been very professional and polite. The meal substitutes are actually not that bad. The chili and pancakes were my top favs, and the protein bars are way better than anything you buy retail. I tried this plan because I could not make it work on my own, and it only took about three months to lose 33 pounds.
