Very gentle relaxing music and very subtle incense. the masseuse did a very good job of attending to the parts of my body that were not relaxed. My back was totally relaxed when she was finished, though that took long enough that I wished she could have spent more time on my arms, shoulders and legs. I will definitely return to Katszen for another massage when I am next in Minneapolis.

Katrina is a pleasure to work with and I leave feeling great - relaxed, loosened up and invigorated. Katrina worked over my whole body finding muscle tightness and knots that I didn’t know I had. Once she finds tightness or a knot she can apply the pressure needed to get into the tissue and work it out. She has a very comfortable massage room. She helps me understand my muscle anatomy, and I feel well cared for.
