There was some scheduling issue as I originally tried to book 8 am but by time I finished the survey 8 am was booked so I took 8:30 only to arrive and receive a dirty look from the front desk person and told well sorry I have you at 8. No offers to try to figure out a way for me to be seen other than just wait an hour until after the next person, which I’m unable to do because I live 30 mins away and had to hire a sitter to watch my son. This all could have been avoided if she’d just called me when I didn’t arrive at 8 to make sure I was coming etc. And I could have rescheduled instead of wasting time and babysitter money. Just truly disappointing, I cried in the parking lot because I’m having such a hard time with my hormones post pregnancy and I was so excited to get help based on your amazing reviews. Now I feel like I need to start over finding a specialist. I hope your front desk person can learn a little compassion and think about what patients are going through vs her mild inconvenience due to scheduling.

Experiencia negativa: They had my wife down for the wrong appt time and when she showed up at the time she booked online, they refused to see her unless she waited around another hour and a half. We live a half hour away and I took time off work to watch our son for this appt, we aren’t free all day everyday. Very rude and disappointing. Frankly I’d like to send them a bill for our wasted time.

I felt very comfortable discussing all of my issues to paint a picture of my current status. Experiencia fantástica: Bio identical hormones literally changed my life, I'd had several severe accidents with spinal injuries and concussions and was having migraines regularly, occasional episodes of aphasia (inability to speak or write legibly), numbness in my arms and face, and my energy level was near zero, I was a relatively healthy 44 year old and 15 minutes of walking was exhausting and headaches would make it nearly impossible to work! I'm a healthcare professional, and when I have to be a patient I expect excellent care, and it's not always easy to find. I am thankful that I did find NP Jordan. I drive an hour to see Jordan because it is worth it. I've tried other places and did not get anything close to the compassionate, well-rounded care and approach to medicine I found at Optimized Wellness. They are also the only clinic within an hour that has ozone treatments. I use Prolozone injections for chronic pain, and they are the only thing that works to heal my muscle issues so I can stay off of opiates and muscle relaxants. I recently tried an ozone IV for inflammation and the results were amazing. These providers look at the whole patient, and integrate a natural approach into established methods - so health concerns aren't just masked with medications, the root causes and fundamental basics of healing are the primary focus. I strongly recommend this clinic, even if you have insurance, the cost for services not covered by insurance is reasonable, and absolutely worth it if you care about your healing, and want access to exceptional care with a personalized touch.
