Experiencia negativa: Fraud- Caitlyn took my $45 deposit to make an appointment in Dec. Then she cancelled for being ill ( that's ok, we all get sick). I tried to reschedule with the online system unsuccessfully . After trying and not getting responses from Caitlyn ( via office phone, cell, email). I gave up after an email citing drama in the business and parting ways of some staff. Then my information was sold/given to a new owner about a month ago. They started sending me emails, I asked them about the refund, and they were quick to distance themselves. Making it clear that my contact info and business meant little to them. Sad, there were a few good therapists in there.

Experiencia negativa: I have a gift certificate from my daughter that I have been trying to make an appointment for. I have called and emailed several times and no one reaches out. What type of business is this?

Experiencia negativa: Went for a massage, since I had a gift card which was given to me for a present. I was excited to go but the employee ended up telling me he couldn't do anything with the gift card. I contacted the business multiple times and nobody ever responded back. A massage ended up costing me $200+ due to the business not caring about their clients. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I've mainly worked with Caitlin but I've had one or two other therapists and every time I go in, I leave feeling better than the last time. Super knowledgeable of the human body and how it functions and they always find things that I didn't even realize were issues. And they're always giving me advice and exercises I can do on my own to help keep my body balanced and pain free. As an avid runner, I appreciate everything they do. Definitely recommend scheduling an appointment!!
