The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My mom frequently visits this place and they treat her very well. I would recommend this over big box store retail for your supplement selection.

I bought some at this store (2bottles to be exact) OMG. They are worth the money. All the medicine my Dc. Has me on doesn't work. The Drops do. I was in so much pain couldn't hardly walk. These are the answer. Try it. I hope it works for you too. T.Y. P.S. I will never give this place a low or bad review. I have been going there since I was 18. I'm 60 now. If anyone has a problem with your store or products it's because they are a problem from the get go. Don't let them type bring you down. You're all doing great.

I did get some kombucha, but it went bad after a couple of days. The arugula was expensive, wilted and soggy.

There are gluten free foods, cereals, grains, canned and other healthy snacks. A while array of organic seasonings and other fresh foods. They also have main grain bread and soup from Great Expectations.

It has a wide array of vitamins and minerals herbs spices and all kinds of whatnots for a cure and remedy and if they don't have it I'm sure they can get it. Like all these health food stores the prices aren't really that cheap so keep that in mind.
