Experiencia fantástica: Had an appointment for a phlebotomist draw blood for several vials. My appointment was set for 10 but a 15 minute appointment took about 40 minutes to complete little disappointed new staff in the front so you need to be patient until they hopefully get them trained properly nobody likes to sit and wait when they have an appointment and see other people go back and do what they were there before them. Other than that, the service is great. It’s just sometimes the weight is too much these days most people don’t have enough time to sit and wait. But I appreciate the staff, especially Sara. She does an excellent job and paid the phlebotomist. Also did a very good job of getting my lab and other items to the lab.

Experiencia negativa: I've been seeing Dr Tracy for over a year for functional medicine. Yes I have been feeling better and she is a kind person. But this business as a whole is very disorganized and pressure you for expensive procedures. So it's more about the dollar than your health with them. My stepdaughter even sees them and they attempted to pressure her into unnecessary injections that we couldn't afford. I am no longer going to be seeing Dr Tracy after having to cancel an appointment due to having a stomach bug and then being charged $50 for it. I can say that pack clients in like sardines 30 minutes or less apart. Be prepared to feel like a number with them because they will make you feel that way. Oh and their computers and systems are always not working correctly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tracey is an excellent chiropractor and an even better functional medicine professional. I have had lower back problems, pretty much my entire life, and I’ve gone to chiropractors for decades, but she was the first one who ever realized the source of my problems was one of my SI joints was fused from birth. It was nice to have an answer to why I always had back problems. I have also been amazed by her functional medicine abilities and have had her resolve some issues where other doctors couldn’t. Highly recommend !

Wasn't sure about it. But great suggestion for a senior. Johnnie and Nikkie are great PT's. Nurse Sarah and LeeAnn are great to work with. Treating my trigger point area's help with my neck and back pain. The three young ladies at the front desk. Bell, Gissille and Gabbie are great . They make sure I remember my appointments. Thanks to the Owner's and operators Dr. John E and Tracey E McIntyre both are board -certified Doctor's of Chiropractic for their support. As a senior this is better than sitting at home. Best kept secret in the area.

Dr. McIntyre seemed interested in truly helping me, not merely selling me a package. He performed a thorough exam and shared his own physical struggles. He took his time. His staff was nice. All of which made me want to return, not because of fear that he is the only one who can help me, but because I want his office to help me.

Experiencia negativa: I specially made an appointment for an adjustment. Made to appt got xray, examined, and was told to come back next week. Then was told to pay $65. I asked what for, ya did not do anything but took x-rays. The staff should've told me how much the cost n what is going to be done today. Three people examined to do the same process just to bill the insurance? I walked out -$65 and back still ache. Would've spent that $65 on a massage then to come back here.

Her own experiences reveals her authenticity when she tells you she is listening and wants to get you well. You can feel it when you see her.. that she genuinely cares. This is something that is missing in the medical community, especially for women with undiagnosed thyroid/autoimmune issues. She is thorough, and gives detailed personalized explanations. I am so glad I found this practice. I'd recommend checking out the functional medicine side of things for anyone struggling with issues you can quite resolve under the advisements of a pcp.
