Experiencia fantástica: I joined Infinite Sports Performance early on in my High-School career. I was overweight, and had no education on the importance of physical activity and fitness. From 2017-2019 I fell in love with the environment Mike and the Infinite coaches created. I learned to adore the grind, the journey, and the feeling training provided. I walked into Infinite at 255 lbs, and I stand now at a much healthier and fit 200 lbs. The habits I formed at Infinite were not only fitness related, they apply to my everyday life. Commitment stands the test of time... I cant thank Infinite enough, they have had an incredible impact on my life!

Fast forward through many life experiences, and I’ve found my way back. I reached out and felt like I had never left. I was put at immediate ease at my first meeting with Mike. He and the entire staff at IF listen to your individual needs, goals, and struggles as well as celebrate your triumphs no matter how big or small. The support here seems contagious! IF doesn’t fit the idea I always had of a gym…it feels more like community and I’m happy I get to be a part of it!

The coaches are great, extremely friendly and willing to answer every question. Since I’ve started, I’m down 10 pounds and I’ve gained at LEAST that much in muscle mass. Not only do you see gains here but they do FUNCTIONAL work not just lifting unnecessarily heavy weight. I always look forward to coming back because I know I’ll leave feeling better. I felt welcomed the second I got here, Coach Mike sat me down and we talked about future goals and created a blueprint to succeed. The other coaches here like Coach Jameson, Coach Ewing, and Coach Cam have been encouraging me and pushing me so I can reach my goals. I am so grateful for this opportunity to workout for free and be surrounded by great company and people that will push me to be better. All the coaches teach to put in the same work that you put into the gym, into every aspect of your life. I remember one of the first things coach Mike told me was “how you do one thing is how you do everything.” That has stuck with me and I’m truly grateful for all that they put into this program!

It has been many years since I was able to perform certain exercises due to past college sport injuries. My workout was challenging and the staff provided me with the guidance and the support needed to help me complete my workout. They created a tailored workout for me that was challenging and amazing. The trainers were professional and knowledgeable about using the proper training techniques. The staff definately made me feel welcome and they showed me that they have a vested interest in my success. After my workout today I was exhausted but l left the gym feeling like I made a good decision selecting Infinite Fitness Sports Performance. Experiencia fantástica: A year ago my son was feeling really depressed being overweight and out of shape. It's a really touch spot for a teenager. But Mike and his team of trainers did an amazing job at motivating, coaching, listening and mentoring him. At one point my son wanted to give up and quit. Mike and team held a conference call with us and my son decided to stick it out. That was a pivotal moment in my son turning everything around. Now he's leaner, stronger, eating healthier and we even started running together. Infinite Fitness is not just a gym or fitness center. Mike and team there really care about their clients and the difference they made in my son's life will have an impact for a lifetime. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ m a big review person whether it’s a new restaurant, tool, product, and finding a new workout spot was no exception. The reviews I had seen were top notch so I signed up for the assessment. I had to make sure they knew about a few issues and I wanted a place that would help me meet my goal not just throw another workout at me. The hour plus long assessment was started with a tour of the workout area and then on to question and answer of what am I looking for and how can I get there. They also look at how your body moves with a squat, a leg raise etc. to see where your lacking. For me the big one was my shoulder. I injured it at another local gym and felt like it was the end of my time in the gym because a lot of the movement had that “push/pull” movement that I just couldn’t do. In the end I felt comfortable and signed up. I haven’t gone to the first class but have been impressed so far. I even received a email saying an accountability coach will be reaching out to me. Now I don’t know the extent of what the interaction will be but just the idea of someone emailing or what have you and saying "I want to know how your doing with the goals and what troubles your having" is pretty cool. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: Day 1 of class I arrived at the 6:30 am class and was greeted by Ashley. She gave me a run down of what to expect. Throughout the class she checked in with me a few times making sure my shoulder was doing ok with the movement. At one point she had me switch to a new exercise. Overall I have been impressed and look forward to meeting my goals with Infinite Fitness

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at various gyms in Santa Cruz, Boulder, D.C., Manchester, Laconia, Burlington and a couple other establishments in Rutland… Infinite Fitness is by far my favorite as the staff are knowledgeable/kind, there’s absolutely no gym intimidation - all the members are super friendly, and its equipment is top notch. For people simply starting a healthier routine to “gym rats”, this place is perfect for whatever strength gaining goals you have.

The constant motivation they give you. The staff by far is the best! The girls I work out with are excellent. It’s like a family there. Will started on zoom workouts while we were in lockdown and all was closed and he immediately felt welcome and at home. He looked forward to doing it everyday. Plus... His results are tremendous. Transition to the gym was seamless and his workouts became harder... and his results are amazing. I highly recommend this gym and personal training to anybody who is committed to changing their lifestyle and bodies. Especially student athletes. I have not yet had the experience of attending the actual gym due to the pandemic, but am looking forward to meeting all of the staff in person in the near future.. I started the nutrition plan one month ago i am over 50 and I'm down 14 pounds... Never have I lost 14 in one month!!! If your on the fence about joining this. Infinite family??? Experiencia negativa: When all paper work signed owner of the GYM tell me can cancel anytime . Reason cancel was because the service suppose be provide to my son wasn’t done right . Always set class online was something wrong with GYM ( no enough client to run class )need to be reschedule . Now we decide cancel 4 months a go and look my account and still charges on the account . Not honesty and sell product can’t provide to the client .

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but great things to say about Mike and his team. Mike himself went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the workout. I have not been exercising for some time and I joined right away. I am looking forward to each class and doing more and more. I love that they encourage you to work hard and help you reach a goal at your pace. So if something is difficult for you they find another way to get you a full workout. Just in the short time I have been going they realy treat you with respect and care about you as a person.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter(14) has been with IF for just about three months now. She had an ACL repair back in April, 2019 from a soccer incident. She needed a boost to help along with her recovery and strength . She also needed a place where she could regain that sense of a team. Although IF is very individualized, there is a feeling of community by all that train there.

Our daughter has been training with Infinite for over 2 years and looks forward to each and every workout. It is no exaggeration to say Mike and the Infinite team have been integral to her athletic success. About a year into her training, she suffered a devastating ACL injury while competing at U.S. Junior Nationals. She was so fortunate to have her IF coaches as physical and emotional support during rehab and recovery. They closely monitored her progress and worked with her physical therapist to not only meet but exceed the doctor's post surgery goals. We have been so happy with our Infinite experience that we refer friends and family whenever possible. Thank you, thank you Mike, Robbie, and team! Every time I have joined a fitness program, my injury would worsen. The owner and trainers here at IF are very knowledgeable and modify any exercises that might exacerbate my injury. So far; so good. Experiencia fantástica: My nine year old son plays elite level soccer and I was looking for something different than soccer camps for him. The staff is expert, informed, and commited to helping an athlete, old or young, be better. The staff has treated him with kindness, and motivation and he and I can see the results. He has never missed an appointment because he loves his time there. I have no visions of my son being the next Messi, but if this training and desire to be better athletically keeps him off the corner smoking cigarettes, in school, and still playing sports, it will be worth every cent.

Experiencia fantástica: The 28-Day Challenge offered by Mike and his team was excellent! In 28 days, I was able to drop 14lbs., but more importantly, my energy level increased tremendously, my focus on tasks is so much better and I sleep like a baby! And that was just by changing my eating habits, no exercise. The recipes are tasty and vary and don not take much time to prepare at all. Mike and his team answered questions almost immediately. I plan to continue my clean eating ways, and as Mike says, being consistent is the key. Thank you Infinite Fitness!!

They've opened my eyes to a new type of training and keep you on target with your nutrition. Every time I left the gym, I felt on top of the world. Experiencia fantástica: I joined Infinite Fitness in the spring of 2013 (high school junior year) after a teammate recommended them to me and have been a faithful member ever since. I played softball in high school and now play at the college D3 level. Their personalized plans have helped me to get the most out of my training. Coming to IF has allowed me to achieve goals not only in the weight room but also on the field. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about your experience and know who to push you to do your best. After being away at school for most of the year I was excited to get the opportunity to train with them over the summer again. They worked with the plan my school gave me and incorporated it into their 2.0 version. When I came back in the fall for testing my trainers were more than impressed by the gains I had made and it wouldn't have happened without the help of Infinite Fitness. All around joining IF was one of the best decisions I could have made as an athlete and I can't speak highly enough of them.

With the workout that was made specifically for my position in my sport and the help of the staff, I bounced right back. Not only did I get to where I was before I was hurt, but I am now stronger. As a college athlete, I feel that Infinite Fitness prepared me so well for the workouts I am now doing, even being in the top group when it comes to lifting. This is an amazing gym with a great staff, becoming a member was one of the best things I've done.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Infinite Fitness in the summer of 2012. By the 2013 softball season my strength, speed and everything else about my game had increased. My senior season was by far my best season performance-wise and I credit it to Mike and the rest of the coaches at Infinite Fitness. This place allowed to me start at center field as a freshman at UMass Dartmouth.

That same year I become an NCAA All-American after missing by one spot the year prior. I have been training at IF since summer of 2013 and I absolutely love it! Mike and his staff care so much about every client that walks through their doors. It's such a family atmosphere there. If you really want to see results and not just be another card/number who scans in at a gym, you better come to Infinite! The staff is on the floor at all times guiding you, motivating you, and pushing you to be better and never give up. When you walk in those doors you always have a friendly, familiar face greeting you and personally handing you your plan for the day. You get personalized plans to help you meet your goals that get changed every four weeks so you're always doing something different. I can't recommend this place enough!! Whether you are an athlete looking to get an edge(which trust me, you will), or someone who works a desk job who's looking to improve their health, Infinite Fitness can help you reach your health and fitness goals!!!
