Experiencia positiva: Unfortunately,, I am having to give three stars simply based on my aftercare. My visits with Dr. Munsayac have always been supreme however, my aftercare on both visits have both been a negative experience for me. The person that she has returning messages I believe her name is Ariel is extremely rude and shows zero empathy for patients. I’ve requested after both visits to receive a call from Dr. Munsayac, which never happened. Always Ariel. Because of this experience, I have decided to look elsewhere for a new primary.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Munsayac is phenomenal and has been my doctors for many years. Her attention for her patients is superb and far better than any doctors I've had. During a hospital visit a few years ago, I was having a hard time with the hospital staff listening to me (they were short staffed & rushing things). I had some complications with my overall care as well and Dr. Minsayac stepped in to help and advocated on my behalf.

Experiencia negativa: Great doctor no doubt, however I just cannot understand why the nurse never, I repeat never picks up the calls! I try so many different numbers each time, leave messages but no response. I really wish they work on better customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Dr. Munsayac for ten years. I have never been with any doctor for ten years! Ever! Her staff is the best. They put up with this pain in the neck patient. They care. They make sure I am as healthy as I can possibly be. Dr. Munsayac actually listens to what I am saying and factors that in to her diagnosis. I won’t see any other primary care doctor in Houston. I am telling you she is the Doc. Also a special shout out to Karen. And I was able to get my husband to see Dr. Munsayac, too! Everything you need is colocated at the Medical Clinic of Houston, so there is no running all over town. It’s right there. Go see Dr. Munsayac. I promise you won’t regret it!

Experiencia positiva: I was a first time patient and had a good experience with Dr. Munsayac and her Assistant. Dr. Munsayac was very thorough and personable. However, the lady at checkout never looked up to let me know that she would be with me after her phone call. She stayed looking down for quite sometime. Finally the assistant that had been with me redirected me to floor 2. Overall a good experience but would have been nice to at least be acknowledged at check out.
