Experiencia negativa: They incorrectly bill your insurance and you end up out of pocket. Several attempts from myself and insurance but they wont fix.

Experiencia negativa: This is a review of the front desk policies. I called because I did not receive the medication and was told that is because I didn’t pay for it. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do before leaving my appointment. I was told no I was good to go. NOW the receptionist who said “listen hun” told me that it is my responsibility to TELL THEM that I need to pay. I never heard of anything so ridiculous. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and was told no. She proceeded to tell me that it was not her responsibility to know what I need to pay for and that she can’t look in everyone’s file. Everyone else at NutriHealth is wonderful, kind and caring. The receptionist is not and “hun” needs to be more professional.

The nutritionists are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and they truly focus on personalized plans that suit individual needs. After struggling with weight gain, they helped me realize that I was under-eating, putting my body in starvation mode. They adjusted my plan by 700 calories, and it’s already made a significant difference. What I love most is how they educate you on the “why” behind the adjustments, empowering you to make sustainable changes. Experiencia negativa: I am taking this to a 1 star review. These people are so hard to deal with and Kelsey at the front desk. I am thinking they have to be leaving their own good reviews. Had to cancel my appointment in advance because of a work meeting. Called to order my meds and make a new appointment. Can’t do that since I cancelled my last appointment. I am going to online telehealth. I did that before when I was on the real ozempic and never had any issues with billing etc.. oh and did I mention they told my sister she owed over $300 dollars from a previous appointment the day after her appointment!!!!. That appointment was her first one. There was no previous appointment! Mainly this review is for their billing. They are all over the place. Every time I call to order they tell me I have a big balance. After going back and forth they find out it’s a mistake or the balance is the medicine that was pre-charged to my account. I cringe when I have to order medicine because I know it’s going to be a hassle.

I enjoyed my time with MiMi when she was there. She taught me a lot. Shae that works in this office is top tier the best. If I have any problems, she breaks it down and gets it handled quickly. I'm now seeing Carla, and I just love her. Quick appointments and we get straight to the point. Thank you all for helping me on my journey.

I didn’t intend to stick with them at first just because I was going for one thing but they’ve helped me tremendously with so much! Everyone is so friendly and supportive. We’ve come up with healthy meals to help my cravings. The office is always so clean which I appreciate. They offer a gym membership. I mean what more could you ask for.
