It’s been such a fun experience getting one of my friends to sign up and something for us to do together! This place is so perfect for that extra accountability if you need it! The entire staff is full of positive energy and you 100% will have a better day, every single time leaving P fit. I am pregnant and having a horrible time staying motivated on my own to work out and P fit has been a vital part of my fitness during this pregnancy. They also give you diet and calorie recommendations ! I am so grateful I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Pfit North Cape the day they opened in August of 2020. The trainers are always encouraging and supportive no matter what’s going on in your life. They modify the activities based on strengths or weaknesses. If you have an injury they make sure nothing is painful for you. I would highly recommend Pfit. I have more confidence and Imm the strongest I have ever been.

Experiencia fantástica: Pfit north cape helped me majorly with my fitness journey. I wasn’t very comfortable with working out at first but they have taught me so much. I joined as a six week challenge and ended up signing for the year. It’s high intensity but the workouts are 30 minutes long and it goes by quick with constantly moving around. The staff really does become like family. Everyone is so positive. I never felt any judgement or felt uncomfortable or out of place. I love how the coaches motivate you and go around the floor during the workouts and help you if they see you struggling (even going the extra mile of giving you more weights if they know you are capable). I truly enjoyed my experience coming here. There’s many times to chose from during the day which makes it convenient for anyone. I have recommended pfit north cape to all friends and family. They truly helped me get to a place I wanted to be at and couldn’t thank them enough.

They are there to assist with everything from proper form and technique, exercise modifications for injuries, nutrition, and overall motivation. Their energy and positivity radiates to all the members. We all come together and encourage one another throughout the sessions. It's more than just a gym or exercise experience. It's 30 minutes of fun with real results. P-Fit also cares about the community and gives back. Every month they contribute to a charity or cause, sometimes nationally or internationally, and various other events in the local area. I can't say enough great things about this place, the staff, and the members. Family on 3!!

I am so thankful that I made the choice because I have made awesome progress both on and off the scale! As a physical therapist, I was seeking quality workouts and nutritional advice and I have received that and so much more with the P-Fit family! The workouts can be adapted to any fitness level and the trainers are exceptional. It has been a completely positive experience both physically and mentally and I totally recommend! Go for it!

Experiencia fantástica: Started pfit back in March of 2019 and in the first two year there I loss 25 lbs. took a two year break in 2021 and lost all the gains I had made. I wasn’t being held accountable, didn’t feel encouraged at the big box fitness clubs and stopped going. Weight came back on I knew I need switch my mindset and get back to feeling better about myself. Decided to come back to pfit May of 2023. And so happy I did. I knew it was the best thing for me and took the challenge and the weight and inches started going down. The coaches welcomed me back like I never left. Im staying on track good habit are being formed. Best decision I made this year.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for over a year. I was partially committed, would make excuses not to go, and didn't put in the work. I still enjoyed it. This challenge season I committed. I'm putting in the work, reaping the benefits, and getting real results. I'm still only able to go 3 times a week, but the trainers have given me the tools to get the best out of my time there and to make better decisions when I'm not there. These trainers are top notch. You can really tell they enjoy what they do, enjoy helping us and are very available for any questions, help with modifications (I have a lower back injury) and full of energy. After the hurricane they even went to members houses and helped with clean up and repair. This place takes care of the community! No matter what your fitness level, age, or mobility this is the place to change your life. You will wish you started years ago. I know I did.

The 30 minute classes are so easy to fit into your schedule. Even though they are only 30 minutes they are extremely effective. Platinum Fitness is also committed to its local community and constantly supporting different charities all year long. I won’t be quitting anytime soon.

I joined P-Fit during a 21 day challenge and received 1:1 training with a coach who took the time to understand my fitness goals and helped me achieve them. After the trial/challenge was up I had seen results and decided to join. Joining was the best decision since I had lost motivation and going to a regular gym was intimidating. P-Fit offers 30 min group classes so it became very easy for me to comit. Fast forward 3 years and I have been consistently attending 6 days a week, I feel better then I did in my 20s and I am stronger then I ever have been. The environment is amazing and I have met so many people that today I consider my friends.
