Experiencia fantástica: “Dumpy dad-bod turned pumped pops!” I walked into the shop to ask about thermos, learned about a great/free (limited time only) check-in process, and walked out with a tailored plan/verified supplements. I usually pass on gimmicky deals or car salesmen pitches, but Savanna & team were not pushy at all. They answered all my questions with competence, confidence, and customer service. As a very busy dad, I’ve since been back for each week, checked-in quickly, and troubleshot what tweaks I should make to diet and workouts. Now I have an accountable & planned way ahead to cut weight, gain muscle mass, and feel healthier. Being to multiple assignments, I’d say this has been my favorite nutritional shop so far. Thank you to the team!

Experiencia positiva: I would say that the store has a great diverse selection. The staff are friendly and kind. Over all very helpful. And of course the prices match quiet comparitively to other stores with one major exception. No taxes. Which is the best. Of course you have to be military so.. take that as you will.

I initially went for supplements and learned so much about myself, Goals, and things I should actually be taking based on all my measurements and goals! You even get to sample flavors in the store! Honestly, love this place so much more!

Experiencia negativa: The exchange and commissary are alright, a little pricy but usually good customer service, one exception though, when it comes to hair cuts, I have been given the Barber Shop many chances but several times I found my self putting up with attitude issues by a couple of them, not very good customer sevice specially by a stylist named Mindy. Last time my hair cut was not good at all and it is not the first time. I will not be going there any more, not working for me.

Experiencia positiva: Small by Navy Exchange San Diego standards. But that's okay given the relatively small military population in the area. It was well stocked and had a good variety of products. The store Personel were friendly and eager to serve. They had a relatively big selection of big screen TVS considering their size. Also had some appliances and furniture. Good food court with options.

Experiencia fantástica: AAFES is the same anywhere you go but I did find the staff here quite friendly and engaging. I am not from Idaho and was just visiting but glad the Airmen in that remote area have good services. AAFES lives up to their motto!

Experiencia negativa: Went to purchase a firearm as a gift for my husband. We are both active military and both presented our IDs. Mine was promptly returned. The 2 men behind the counter refused to answer my questions and only spoke to my husband. When I stepped back from the counter, the one salesman said to my husband, "This is not a weapon for a woman especially one who get your SGLI if you make her angry." Unimpressed to say the least, we left and went to Cabelas instead. I will not return to this Exchange. I will order online instead.

Experiencia negativa: After searching through a poor selection of products, I was looking for some help. There was an older woman with short grey hair that appeared to be of the management sort. I walked toward her, smiled and tried to ask my question but she turned away and walked off. Finding only one needed item, I stood waiting to check out at the customer service counter while 2 employees chatted with someone they had just checked out. They saw me and continued to talk. After finally getting helped, I walked through the food court and saw one of the employees (a big lady) yell at a patron. Not such a great welcome to one of the very few places to shop.

Experiencia negativa: People are really nice but something as simple as a pair of MMA fighting gloves or boxing gloves is something you won't find in this store despite 25 different baseball gloves they so conveniently carry. Closest place to buy them-- 50 miles away
