Then I met Dr. Moss. His initial examination was thorough and professional more so than what ied had in the past. Then he told me his plan of care and gave me my first adjustment. Even that first adjustment helped me move better with less pain. His care quickly helped my back to be in line and my body to heal. Now more than my back is better from having his adjustments, because my digestion is better, my sleep is better, my motion is better. The best thing is I am now pain-free. Recently his adjustment even made a mild vertigo problem go away. He really does care about his patients and now he is more than my chiropractor for life, he is my friend too. I arrived with a very strong pain in my back the pain I don't know exactly how to describe it but it was a very intense pain I explained my problem to the doctor and that same day he did some x-rays and as it was a lot of my pain he told me to return the next day in the morning he explained to me the problem he brought and I adjusted it was in a matter of an hour and my pain disappeared he told me that he was also going to help me with my headache and that also It helps me with my menstrual cycle. He patiently listens, does a thorough exam with X-rays, then recommends a treatment plan. I especially like how he asks for feedback regularly on how I feel with his treatment methods and will make slight adjustments if something isn’t quite working for me. Within a couple weeks I was feeling very good, and now a couple months later I feel great and can do all my normal activities. I highly recommend Dr Moss, you won’t be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Moss is amazing. I’ve struggled with nearly constant headaches since 2016, and they were no stranger before that. I’d seen a different chiropractor, but it didn’t help as the headaches would return within 48 hrs, or they left at all. I didn’t feel like they really cared about finding the cause of the headaches. When I found Thrive Wellness, I’d had a constant headache that had been there for about 3 months ranging from a 5-12. I had shooting pain that started in my neck and travelled around my ear and into the back of my eye. Dr. Moss listened to what I had to say, and explained things in a way I could understand without being talked down to. He took x-rays, something the other place didn’t even mention as an option. He found that some if the vertebrae in my neck weren’t moving when I tilted my head up or down, and the rest weren’t much better. He created a plan to fix this. Adjustments to make sure they were in the right place, stretches to get them moving, and eventually strengthening exercises to help ensure they would do their jobs in the long run. Results started showing immediately. 2 weeks and the shooting pain was gone. 4 weeks and my headaches went from an 7-9 to 3-5 and they continued to get better. At the same time we worked on finding a solution for an achey knee that didn’t like me to put a ton of weight on it after sparring nights at a Taekwondo studio. It took a little while, but we found that regularly stretching my iliotibial band fixes it. He’s been greet working with me, and always helps with whatever little problems pop up. Being in Taekwondo, I get some one off misalignments from time to time. Dr. Moss has adjusted my elbows, ankles, and most recently my wrists, when ever I feel like they’re not quite right. Thrive Wellness really practices it’s name. Since I’ve started coming, I’ve been able to do more in work and play as I don’t hurt near as much as before. It’s been incredible, and I’d recommend this place to anyone!

After visiting him at the office in Arlington and doing the x-rays we discovered some other issues that could be improved through treatment. (stiffness in upper/mid/lower back, imbalance in pelvic area, and my neck needing some work since I would occasional get headaches. Not only is he extremely polite and professional and actually listens to you and your concerns, but he really gets to know your body. I was adjusted for a few months during my contract in Fort Worth lay the latter part of last year (2021) and came back to visit now 6 months later (June 2022) and he adjusted me like no time had passed. And I just want to elaborate on that a little. I have been adjusted a few times since I’ve seen him by another amazing doctor in Colorado who actually is older than him and I thought had more experience but it definitely does not seem that way because both my neck and back popped SO much more than what it did when I was adjusted by someone else. I had suffered with a Morton’s Neuroma for a year and was losing hope since the Foot-Doctor couldn’t remedy it with foot pads and was warning me that my only hope would be surgery. Dr. Moss was very attentive to my concerns of my lower back pain and even praised my weight loss journey.
