Experiencia fantástica: I have exercised off/on throughout my life starting with Elevation Now at 65 years old. ( 2 years ago). Working with trainer, Kait, is by far the most effective and beneficial exercise I have done. I appreciate how knowledgeable Kait is and the extent she goes to to educate on the choices she makes for exercise rounds or why she is changing things up for my particular needs. Kait is also supportive, compassionate and centered on each individual she works with. I really think I am setting myself up for the best health, mobility and safety as I grow older. Experiencia fantástica: I joined Elevation Now’s 8 Weeks to Wellness a year and half ago. It was the best decision I could have made for my health and confidence! I have lost close to 30 pounds which has decreased my inflammation and thereby reducing and has actually removing joint pain!! My hips do not hurt!! I have been walking regularly again and am looking forward to outdoor winter activities! I am stronger, have more balance and can keep up with the grandchildren. I choose to stay in the fitness program because I am getting the strength training and modifications by the trainer when needed. I have tried this on my own but I need the accountability. Kait, the trainer I work with, is super knowledgeable and creates effective work arounds, sometimes that is the dreaded plank! I have abs and we don’t do set ups! I highly recommend joining!!

Experiencia fantástica: Chronic pain is a terrible thing that I wish no creature. We each have unique bodies and experiences. Health is something that has been a lifelong mission for me and, my skeletal structure has required a good bit of focus within that. Since I have been living here for the past 3 years, Dr. Nick has helped me in at least four emergencies. Mainly with ribs out… very difficult to breathe or really… do much of anything. I would say that I trust him with my life… I mean, if someone is going to snap your neck or reset your ribs, hadn’t you better? He always goes above and beyond, getting me in at odd times, asking a fair price for his exemplary services and always as gentle and kind as it gets while remaining utterly professional. It is SO good to breathe today.

Experiencia fantástica: First off, I had never worked with a chiropractor or a health/wellness/exercise coach. I went 21 years being terrified of going to the chiropractor. I first met Dr. Nick when I began teaching his daughter how to ride horses. I expressed to him after finding out he worked just down the road as a chiropractor just how fearful I was of getting my body adjusted. He was kind to assure me how gentle his chiropractic techniques are. And a week later I found out just how honest his words were! I’ve gone a few years without seeing anyone due to an old shoulder injury and having had a bad experience at a massage practice. Dr. Nick has relived so much tension not only in my shoulder, but in the rest o f my body. Working with horses needs great posture, and I wasn’t able to do this adequately with an achey body. After working with Dr. Nick, I have become much more in balanced with my horses. Kait has also taught me phenominal stretches and workouts to do to better my posture and help additionally with my bad shoulder. I am so thankful for these techniques! Brigham is always a light in my day as soon as I enter the office, being quick to greet me. I have not gotten to work with many others in the office, but with some short ‘hellos’ , I know they are wonderful people to work with. Thank you to everyone at Elevation Now!

Experiencia fantástica: Since starting treatments with Dr. Nick this Jan, in conjunction with Swedish massages by Shannon, along with the Spooky2 Rife and PEMF Mira-Mate technology, I am amazed at how much better I am doing with my gardening tasks this year! The neuropathy pain and dysfunction is so much less, and that means I can sleep better too, when having less pain! That makes a huge difference in my overall health, as well. Dr. Nick has done a LOT of work on my spine, shoulders, wrists, and hands that makes ALL the difference! His Creator-connected ability to "read my body", assures things get put back in the "right place" when they "come out" after activities. SOOO much better than the technology only-based treatments I tried last year, and MUCH less expensive. I highly recommend this office for healing care and functional recovery!

I have tried several other natural methods for relief, with moderate results. After my first visit to Elevation Now, for Red Light Therapy, I could turn over in bed without the nagging hip pain. Also I had the best night's sleep that I have had in years! After one visit! My shoulder pain & range of motion keeps on improving also. I am now invest in a monthly membership, so I can get the most out of this great non-invasive therapy! Highly recommend it!
