If you’re struggling with your thyroid, hormones, or weight loss, (these are the things I was experiencing), this is the place for YOU. Kam is always very thorough, she always asks, “How are you feeling?” Not just “Your labs look great/bad, we’re adjusting your medication” with no discussion. It takes time to find what works for you, but they are so knowledgeable and not held to the restraints of insurance policies and procedures. If you want to “feel better”, mentally and physically, this is one of the best moves you can make, for you.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to give a shout out to Forum Health! I've been a patient of theirs for three years. I used to see a different provider there, but she moved away; so now Debbie Bluestein is my provider. My first session with Debbie was outstanding! She was kind, patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable! She allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to, and I never felt rushed. I now meet with the provider 2 times a year, and extensive lab work is performed 3 weeks beforehand. I choose my own lab (Quest) and use my insurance for the labs, but Forum Health can draw blood at their facility if needed. All doctor's visits are out of network because they do not take insurance (I pay out of pocket), so I like that I can save money on the lab work by using Quest (since they accept my insurance). At the one hour appointment with a provider, we review the lab results in its entirety. Debbie never makes me feel rushed, and this time our meeting lasted longer than the scheduled one hour. Her recommendations were based by science and a wealth of experience. She always tells me exactly how to tweek/change medications, supplements, and exercise based on my specific needs (results of lab work). She never forces me to purchase supplements from them. They have most of the vitamins I need on hand, but I usually shop at Sundrops Vitamin Store in Dallas because they have a "frequent buyer" stamp card system I like using. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service and my experience at Forum Health! I highly recommend this company (and Debbie) , especially if you need your hormones, health, and/or thyroid monitored.
