Experiencia fantástica: I fell in love with hot yoga one year ago after trying Kristas mixed level vinyasa class on Saturday morning, which is now my favorite way to kick off the weekend. Kula Wellness provides a community minded environment where it feels like family every time I step into any class. I have met some amazing fellow students who are now some of my closest friends. I have also been training with Justin through his personal training and nutrition coaching for almost a year now. This has been a game changer for me not just physically but also mentally. Experiencia fantástica: Finally got a chance to take a yoga class at Kula wellness. I took warm level 1.The space was warm and inviting. The teacher Krista was there to great each student as they came in. Her voice was easy to hear. The flow was perfectly put together and her cues were clear and easy to understand. She gave multiple options to fit each students needs in each pose. Great choice of music playing softly. The studio is in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking available. Can’t wait to take some other classes.

I booked my first Saturday class with Eileen, and it was great! Eileen immediately introduced herself and inquired about my practice, any medical concerns, etc. She's a fantastic instructor and took the time to provide guidance in pose- which I value. I'm thrilled I found a spot -Do yourself a favor and don't sleep on this studio!

It Was one of the most intensive detailed classes I've ever taken in my yoga journey. I've traveled the world for business and I've had the luxury of taking yoga classes in many places around the world. The connection with this studios instructor and the class was amazing. He was super detailed on his instruction and pushed us really hard. They have an amazing monthly membership deal which I signed up for right after the class. I highly recommend this studio and it's staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I signed up to train under Justin in 2019 primarily to focus on strength training and it was one of the best investments in my life. I wanted to work on my overall endurance and build strength to lead a more active lifestyle and improve my fitness levels. Right from the first interaction, Justin brought a lot of thought to the table in terms of understanding what my goals are, estimating what my current strengths and weaknesses are and what I’m most comfortable with. This helped build a good working equation and I would look forward to the training days the most. As someone who never lifted weights before, I was able to deadlift over 150 lbs in 3months. What I really loved about the training sessions was that there were a lot of variations right from warm up to the heaviest lifts. He would also explain the biology and technicalities of various workouts and that helped me understand the how and why of the entire process. He would also take note of what I enjoyed more and would tailor the sessions based on that. The personal training had far more benefits than I expected. When the pandemic hit, I had no access to a fitness center but I wanted to keep up my active lifestyle. I was able to do a quick home setup and create my own circuits based on my training. I’m happy to say that I’ve been quite consistent with my workouts and I never came down with any injury in these 2 years. Activities that were once too strenuous are a cake walk now. And I can confidently say that I’ve never been fitter and never felt better :)

Justin and Krista are great instructors who lead the classes at a steady pace and correct me without making me feel judged or pointing me out in front of the class. Usually I get intimidated by yoga classes because I have been attending for a while but I’m no where near perfect. The class sizes at Kula are perfect and I love that because they can focus on every student and their practice. Kula is great and you won’t regret it attending!

Experiencia fantástica: I was working out loads and loads and I thought that an online Coach like Coach Justin could not give me anything new I was so wrong he immediately looked at my Photos and said you need to start lifting weights and he gave me a fantastic four day a week starting program and I noticed huge differences in my body and the way my muscles were defined in three weeks! I cannot wait to renew my sessions to see what else that I could do he pushes your limits he pushes you out of your comfort zone and he does it with these instructional videos on this app that I love and he always takes my feedback seriously and he always answers my questions amazing amazing coach! Huge gainz!
