If you follow their program like you should, you'll lose the amount of weight you would like to lose in a short time, in a reasonable and practical manner. Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I do not recommend this practice based on my experience. I’ve been trying to get a prior authorization approved for nearly a month now. The stag at the Charlotte location is very difficult to reach via phone. Also, there have been a couple of staff members that I’ve spoken with that have been rude and unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: The process works...But the medical staff does not. I dealt with rude behavior from clinicians at this practice. I have called and complained to main office and I didn't get a resolution so I stopped going. Every time I tried to communicate the frustration on the weight loss journey they cut down my dose and asked me change nutrition schedule and they would revisit upping it up. That never happened! Even when nutrition was followed to the T, they just kept making up excuses. I don't know if this was to limit the amount of medicine they provided their patients or to keep billing my insurance the visits. I also kept getting scheduled incorrectly.

Experiencia negativa: The nurse staff for med refills are incompetent. It is always someone else’s fault. I have spent hours on them phone for a refill between insurance, cvs and blue sky. Insurance confirms it is fully covered and after she spoke to blue sky and cvs directly told me it was sent in wrong to begin with. Still no resolution and the Blue Sky nurse has been rude, non apologetic for the issue and again said it was not their fault. Very frustrated.

Now living in Charlotte I've become a patient of their office and I'm thrilled. The team is so friendly, welcoming and Ashley Sarvis is so knowable!

Experiencia negativa: I gave this office a 1 star rating because, of the disrespect that I received from this office! Roslyn, she was very I mean very extremely disrespectful!! I called to inquire about the program and she shut me down by talking to me as if I did not have the right to ask questions! I was referred to this office by a very nice patient that had traveled to my area. So, since I am coming to Charlotte this week I wanted to come in and have a consultation. But, since I had spoken with that very disrespectful employee Roslyn, I will not be coming!! I hope that this company finds better employees then that young lady. I wish you all well.

Experiencia negativa: Unless you have thousands of dollars to spend this place is a scam. They lie and say they take insurance but the visit with the bloodwork is covered under insurance and then everything else will cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. They did absolutely nothing but charge for two visits! I am in no better shape than I was before I wasted my time going to this place and took a day off of work. What a waste of time. My insurance deductible has nothing to do with it. The medication is not covered by my insurance or pretty much any insurance company unless you can pay cash. This is not an ideal solution for weight loss, exercise, and diet. It is for me.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment with Blue Sky in Charlotte per a recommendation from a friend. When I inquired, I had a text exchange to set up my appointment and so asked for the lab order. I got a text and email appointment reminder a few days before the appointment. I have a new job and had to take 2 hours of PTO for the appointment. Here were the issues: 1) Lab orders were in paragraph form with duplicate labs ordered, some listed by name and others by number. It took LabQuest 30 minutes to figure out what labs they were supposed to draw, eliminating duplicates. 2) The address and fax number on lab req is for a different location, which is where LabCorp faxed the labs. 3) I showed up for my appointment and was told that it was cancelled because none of the labs were resulted. They apparently called the wrong number to notify me, and no text or email was sent to me...not sure why the inconsistent mode of communication or how they had the incorrect number when I had received all the prior texts. 4) I called LabCorp because my labs should have been completed by the day before at latest (per LabCorp when I had them drawn) and all but one of the lab results had been sent to Blue Sky in time for my appointment. 5) After I got the update from LabCorp that labs were sent, I left a message for the office manager, requesting a call back. As of three days later, he did not return my call. Instead, office staff called me back to reschedule and told me that it was LabCorp fault for faxing labs to the incorrect office. When I told her that they faxed it to the number on the order Blue Sky provided, she said the order came from a location outside of the Charlotte office. 6) I have no doubt that the providers are great, because they come highly recommended. But I will not be going back due to the inefficient and disrespectful treatment by the office. Feel free to see photo below of the order that cost me a couple of hours of PTO plus over half an hour at LabCorp.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t say enough great things about BSMD!! I don’t feel like just another person they are pushing through their doors… the providers take the actual time to sit with you and discuss your results and a path forward. I moved over an hour away and still make sure i don’t ever miss my appointments with Ashley. If you need hormone help, this is the place to go!

Experiencia negativa: I am looking into hormone therapy. My lab results showed very low levels of testosterone. I have really good insurance coverage, and my insurance company told me that they would cover the cost, if I was able to provide a certain form. When I called this office, and relayed this information, I dealt with someone who was extremely rude, would not listen to a single word I said, talked over me the whole time, and refused to answer my question or look into the insurance filing. Medicine and medical coverage is constantly changing, and certain practices just can't be bothered to stop and make a quick phone call that would save their patients hundreds of dollars.

For my consultation I had Amber Sykes N.D. that made my experience less anxious. Im 25 but have been experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms. She asked me in depth questions and went over my results. She told me her honest opinion with suggestions of supplements and products to try since my results weren't alarming enough to start hormones at my age. She offered to answer any questions in the future through the portal and I could come back if want to retest again. 5 stars because I felt taken care of even though I wouldnt be a regular patient. Amber thankyou for being so lovely!

Without getting into personal details I will say they have helped me with a lifelong struggle to lose weight. Every member of the staff has been very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased semaglutide from Blue Sky MD clinic. I believe I was given a fake/ watered down version of the medication. I haven't lost a pound in 8 weeks in fact I have gained 7 pounds. I purchased this medication from another clinic previously and I dropped 30 pounds in 4 months so I know what the real medication can do for me. I will not recommend anyone purchase this product from this clinic.

Being that I was seeking weight loss advice from them. They gave me way too much materials to take home and abide by. Which I couldn’t read the handwriting. I hated my experience. Explaining the labs in detail and making sure I understood what each lab result was. The staff is absolutely amazing, so nice and very thoughtful of my needs. Highly recommend!
