Experiencia negativa: I'm rating this a one star because I tried to get their promo and took their phone call while I was busy, got everything set up to come in 2 days later and put it into my calendar and then the next day got a notification that they canceled my appointment without calling me. So I had to reach out to them to try get the explanation that they double booked and I automatically am the one that got pushed back with no phone call. Then I posted something to one of their Facebook adds about it and they deleted it and made it so I couldn't say anything else instead of trying to make it right with me. Pathetic.

Experiencia fantástica: I try to keep all of my appointments at profile. The coaches at Profile really help me stay on track. I used to just see one coach but one of the girls said it might be advantageous to talk to different ones sometimes because they may have different ideas/routines for food preparation, exercising etc. Of coarse I’m still in the reboot phase of the program and work crazy hrs so it’s kind of a struggle sometimes. But they’ve really helped me a lot.

Experiencia fantástica: I started profile 3 years ago. The biggest I've been my whole life. Weighing in at 273lbs. I remember thinking is this really going to work? My experience didn't go over as I had planned that first week. But I was so determined not to give up. So the next week I came in I had a totally different experience and with a new coach my coach Ellen. This amazing lady helped me get down to 148lbs. I was so thrilled and didn't think it was possible. I've continued to see my coach when possible. Covid and my life flipped upside down so I've put weight back on witch I'm not happy about but it is my doing no one else's fault but my own. I continue to do profile and see my coach and I'm just as determined as to get this weight off as I was back when I started. Profile and my coach have changed my life for the better. They have shown me anything is possible if you put your mind to it and do the work. I can not thank them enough. I'm ready and willing to do the work again! We did it together and we are glad we did as we were able to support each other and not have to worry about eating different things at different times. I was able to lose my entire goal of 40+ lbs by mid-January 2019 (my wife did even better but that's her story to tell). We've now switched back to mostly "regular" food by being aware of what we are eating and using the bars and shakes as snacks. I went from a tight 40 inch waste to a comfortable 36 inch waste which I haven't had in years! I am thrilled.
