Experiencia fantástica: Dr Rich changed my life forever I was at the point of giving up when my mother recommended him to me and i remember kinda chuckling because I had been to many others and was always in more pain when I left or the same with no relief. My mother insisted that I at least give him a try, he was unlike any chiropractor I had been to before easy and gentle and as I got to know him more I not only trusted him but looked to him for many other issues. We will say roughly a year or two into seeing him on a regular basis he was able to identify and condition that up to this point no other medical doctor was able to confidently identify or confirm ( because they didn’t care) Dr rich was beyond determined to figure it out and that he did and was able to determine it was cold urticaria and at that time there was very little known about it and hardly nothing published about it and extremely rare and I guess still is . He took care of ganglion cyst in both wrist. It had been more than 10 years of not being able to stand up at times or get out of bed on bad days and make it to work my life was falling apart with seemingly no solutions Dr Rich thank you sincerely you truly changed my life and now I am doing something that I would have never thought possible and something I truly love and is my passion, now remember I could barely stand up most days and now I’m a full time blacksmith, heavy lifting, hours of standing on your feet swinging hammers of all sizes. I’ve been going strong now the better part of 12 or more years. As of writing this I feel that I need to make a visit since it has been so long . Sincerely, Cory

Experiencia negativa: I feel the receptionist is the first face of a business and should treat customers with courtesy and respect. Ms. NAOMI you got to retire... How rude of you to turn me away in excruciating pain due to a recent car accident because I didn't have my I.D. even though you have my file with a copy of it inside. So when I called back to speak to her boss or to whom is above her she refused telling me there is no one above her and that there were to many people in the office to be arguing on the phone. This issue could have been easily resolved if you weren't narcissisticly micromanaging and actually helping people I even came in a half an hour early. This is not the first time. Even when this company is doing social events shes just rude. Who ever the Owner is needs to know that behind there back she is not a good representation for Clarksville spine and rehab. JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!!!

Experiencia negativa: Could only bring myself to go here twice. The first time it overwhelmingly reeked of cat pee and old cigarette smoke (that's the best i can describe it) . I gave it another chance, incase it was a fluke and it still smelled so bad in there. I literally felt like i needed a shower after leaving.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with this office was extremely disappointing. The original diagnosis for me was an 8-visit plan however after 6 visits and several hundreds of dollars later the treatment I was receiving only made my pain worse and, in some cases, almost admitted myself into the ER. This office decided to have additional tests ran (at my cost) on me and the diagnosis changed to another 12-visit plan and over $2K out of my pocket. I emailed CS&R to request a refund from my original 6 visits because of the treatments I received only made me worse no replies in over a week I than sent a second request that was finally replied to with them basically denying me any refund. From my experience with this office, I would strongly suggest a different practice, maybe one that truly cares about positive health results instead of taking our money, which they excel at!

Experiencia fantástica: If you've been told that you need surgery on your neck and back, try this place first. The staff is super friendly and very caring. I did not know what to expect because I had never heard of decompression of the spine. I also received acupuncture, deep tissue massages, and chiropractic care. I highly recommend Clarksville spine and rehabilitation.

I have stayed in Jeffersonville for 9 years now and have went through a lot physical wise from migraines, insomnia, back pain car accidents you name it. I didn't receive any type of treatment. Old injuries started to flare up and pinched nerves are becoming my best friends... Lol but, I was referred to Dr. Rich and it's been amazing. The ladies are so kind and gentle and the doctors really care. I am noticing a difference in my posture. I am able to sleep better now and as long as I kept up with the plan I don't need to see them as much. My migraines are under control without the meds. I refer them to all my friends.

When I moved to the Jeffersonville, IN last year, I immediately contacted Clarksville Spine again! Dr. Zupancic (Dr. Rich) is very knowledgeable, and the adjustments do wonders for my back pain from too much time on my computer, and now that I've had to work from home due to the pandemic, it had gotten worse. Dr. Rich really knows his profession and is great and doesn't rush and takes the time to listen to you, as well as get to know you (although he roots for the wrong NFL Team-Go Chiefs!...). And the rest of the staff are consumate professionals as well! I had to see Dr. Keene (Dr. Kate) when Dr. Rich had to go out of town for an emergency. She was excellent too! The office staff are knowledgeable, kind and have a lot of patience dealing with patients in generally so much pain. I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia negativa: I decided to go to this practice because of a great introductory deal I seen on Facebook. I have to say the care I received from the female dr. was great and very thorough. But the treatment from Naomi I believe it is at the reception desk is very rude. As you can read from the other reviews she seems to be an ongoing problem. Very rude to me and my girlfriend. She admonished me for being a few minutes late due to traffic, and refused to get me in that day. So I wasted my time and the 45 minute drive. I'm glad it only cost me $20. Won't be getting anymore from me, unless Naomi is gone. I feel reception is the first face of a business and should treat customers with courtesy and respect.

Experiencia negativa: Addressed my questions about consent forms with Naomi at the front desk today, liability to incurred costs to some radiology company, and the requirements to provide unnecessary ssn and employment info. Almost immediately she rudely interrupted, I asked if I could finish addressing my questions, or if she was going to keep interrupting me, and she pretty much lost her mind. Once I addressed my questions, she spewed some blanket statement jargon that “everyone signs these forms, you have to sign the forms, you have to provide your ssn and employment info.” Again, I asked her to address my questions, she spewed the same blanket statement jargon again and told me maybe I don’t need to be receiving their service. Naomi’s arrogance and incompetence to listen, and address questions from patients reflects poorly on behalf of this practice.

They have equipment to treat you with; that most chiropractors don't have, and have the people that can treat you! it is one of the few full service Chiropractic offices in the southern Indiana and Louisville area.
