It has been 4 months post the laser treatment and everything is working out way better. Dr. Kay is the best, the whole team are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Hudson Health and Spine (Must try the Class IV laser therapy if you have chronic pain issues.)

Experiencia fantástica: Hudson health and spine is the best place to if you need to go for physical therapy for any sort of joint pain. Dr. Kay and her staff are the most caring, courteous and knowledgeable people in this field. They first listen to your complaints, examines you to assess the pain, range of movements etc.., then plan a set of stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles to ease the joint pain. They send you home with exercises to do daily. All the staff are well trained to make sure that the patients who come for therapy leave the place relieved of the pain that they had when they first started therapy. I went for back pain and came out in 6-8 weeks relieved of my back pain. I was advised to continue the stretches and exercises, which I am doing daily now. Thank you Dr. Kay, Dr. Joe and Zack.

For anyone that is looking for a Physical Therapist or Chiropractor be it first time, or for those that have not been happy/successful with other local practices, look no further, take it from someone who has had plenty of prior PT experience :) Dr. Kay is much more than a Physical Therapist, with a plethora of certificates, years of experience, her approach, philosophy, compassion, dedication in treating and teaching each patient as the individual that we are is refreshing, inspiring to say the least. Dr. Kay is a highly gifted healer who has improved my quality of life in just a few months. I was referred to her to treat Plantar Fasciitis, when I met with her for initial consultation, Dr. Kay listened, she truly listened to all I had to say, (that is sooo important and uncommon) that my chronic severe pain throughout my body was a compensatory result of more than PF. I came into the practice worried I wouldn't be "heard"... eureka, she agreed, it is an "US" working together to achieve the goals of our healing our body. I had recently started care with Dr. Joe as well to combine their expertise to achieve further goals.... he is equally as amazing at what he does, his immense knowledge of what I call.. "beyond the body", his compassion, patience and bedside manner of truly listening makes this duo unique in the field of practices. Because they both listened, Dr. Joe scheduled an MRI on my knee and I am now prepping with Dr. Kay to be ready for a full knee replacement.... remember I came in for pain in my foot! A special shout out to Zach and Kyle, they are both the clinical aides that work along side you, teaching, coaching all the exercises, warming you up and much more! Zach has been my main strength trainer these last few months, watching him take such personalized care for a room full of patients, timers going, hot and cold packs, wipe down rooms, teaching new exercises is like watching a well choreographed dance! Zach, you rock! Kyle is equally awesome as well when I'm there in the later afternoons. Last but not least is Natalia, the office coordinator, the voice on the phone, the front lines of the practice! Experiencia fantástica: I began physical therapy a couple of months ago because I had pain basically everywhere. Sitting down, getting up from a seated position, walking down steps, getting into a car (mostly as a passenger), getting jostled in a moving vehicle - all of these caused me a great deal of pain. I switched from a physical therapy group that I was seeing to Dr. Kay because my husband had raved about her. Since switching I have seen a huge difference. She (and Zach) worked with me on both my upper and lower body showing me different exercises and constantly switching them up - and gave me homework to practice them and others. They really care!!!! As a result I have a much better range of motion in my arms and I’m able to handle what I couldn’t before with little or no pain at all. I still have a ways to go to be pain free, but I know what I need to do to get there thanks to Dr. Kay and Zach. I highly recommend this group!!!!!

When I first came to Dr. Kay, I was in the middle of preparing for a big performance. After assessing my ankle, Dr. Kay never said I had to stop dancing. Instead, she said, “We have to get you ready for your performance!” Each week, she had me work on strength and mobility of my ankle. I’ve been in physical therapy previously, and I’ve never experienced the kind of care I received at Hudson Health & Spine. My ankle has been much improved since I began working with Dr. Kay! Not only was I able to perform with my dance team, I was able to perform pain free and enjoy every minute of it!! From the first phone conversations with them and my immediate appointment afterwards, the staff handled all my needs including insurance issues and payments required for a speedy recovery from my operation for the repair of a meniscus tear in my knee. The hot compresses, unique exercises, corrections to daily movements and the topical procedures showed an attention which seemed intuitive to the professionals I worked with. They have increased my range of motion and gotten me back into my routine of yoga and hiking, and I’m looking forward to hitting the ski slopes in Montana next year. Experiencia fantástica: I had suffered from plantar fasciitis for more than 2 years. I felt a stabbing pain in the bottom of my left feet near the heel. Every time when I made the first few steps after awakening in the morning, I screamed with tear. I even had to take a pain reliever whenever walked outside more than 30 minutes. My podiatrist recommended physical therapy. I went to a physical therapy center near my house, but was disappointed with the quality and results of the treatment. I was lucky to find out Hudson Health & Spine. They did an excellent job caring for me. Especially Kay is a very professional and attentive therapist, who mainly took care of me. Other staff are also very friendly and helpful too. Kay evaluated my condition each time I visited and provided adjusted care as needed. Together with various treatments at the center (I loved the massage with muscle scraper - she called it 'ninja knife'. lol ) and the prescription of a list of exercise as my homework, my foot improved each visit. I diligently did home exercise everyday following her direction. After a course of treatment, which took for 2 months was done, I could practice for my first triathlon sprint course and finished the line. Thanks Kay and her team!!! I highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Kay and Zach have been amazing with me regaining my strength and flexibility back in my injured hip. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everyone has surpassed my expectations. Kay also taught me the proper form for many common exercises done at the gym, which I have been unknowingly doing incorrectly. I would highly recommend this place for PT!

We were referred to Hudson Health and Spine by Dr Han of River Podiatry (have to give him a shout out too!) Dad started working with Kay (and Alyssa and Zach) and has made so much progress in just a few short weeks. The attention he gets is top notch. The office is clean and welcoming. The entire team makes everything so easy from scheduling to insurance. Thank you all for making this new diagnosis more manageable and for keeping my Dad on his toes!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe is awesome! I had some major upper back and neck pain that was lingering from a gym injury and what my physician recommended really wasn’t helping. I had never been to a chiro before and honestly was very skeptical, but Dr Joe’s patient demeanor and explanatory nature truly put all my discomforts at ease. He used modern techniques (not just back cracking) and long story short I have not had pain in that area since seeing him. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr. Joe for years, and after going to many chiropractors, I can confidently say he is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. The amount of care that goes into every adjustment is unreal - between heat, stem, massage, and the adjustment itself, his adjustment process is amazing and thorough. Unlike most chiropractors, Dr. Joe also takes the time to teach stretches and exercises to help maintain good spinal health and posture. I have recently seen his wife, Kay, for physical therapy for torn ligaments in my foot. After months of pain and discomfort, Kay used various techniques such as ultra sound, muscle taping, and scraping to loosen the scar tissue in my foot. Kay has taught me numerous exercises to regain strength and mobility in my foot and it has helped so much! She has drastically helped me to gain movement and use of my foot once again and I highly recommend her to anyone with muscular/structural issues that need physical therapy work. On top of all this, their staff is extremely kind and caring. Overall, Hudson Spine and Health is an incredible place to go to to take care of your body, and I think everyone should experience the skill, knowledge, and care that is present in their office!

Experiencia fantástica: I originally chose this place looking for a chiropractor that was close to home. I tell you that day the gods were smiling down on me because the expertise, attention and compassion Dr. Joe, Kay and their staff Stephanie ,Rachel and Jeanine show to their patients is beyond compare. I could barely walk or stand up straight when I came in to see Dr. Joe. He has been working with me on some back issues and he never rushes you out he takes his time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you may have. Dr. Joe is amazing, I'm feeling great and doing so much better under his care. I recently injured my shoulder and couldn't move my arm . I started doing physical therapy with Kay and I tell you she is a miracle worker, in no time she had me moving my arm again and working through my injury. I highly recommend going to Hudson Health and Spine for any issues you may be having, you won't regret it.

They tailer the experience to you based on your bodily needs and not just some basic template and I highly reccomend the experience.

Experiencia fantástica: THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Initially, my podiatrist referred me to Hudson Health & Spine to rehab a severe ankle sprain. In my time here, I received so much more than help for my ankle. While I only came for one thing, PT Kay analyzed all of my issues (knee problems, pronated and flat feet) and came up with a game plan that would help me in the long run rather than just healing my ankle. I’ve had knee pain for like 5 years and it was within a couple sessions that I felt immediate relief. Even Dr. Joe stepped in and made it his mission to relieve my pain by doing extensive research on custom orthotics for my flat feet, the perfect sneakers for me, and the best stationary bike that would relieve back and knee pain, allowing me to workout with ease. Dr. Joe even gave me detailed advice on weight loss and nutrition, which I’ve incorporated into my diet and have since lost 7 pounds! It is clear that they focus on the person as a whole rather than a list of symptoms. What I love about this place is that you can tell that everyone here really cares about you, how you’re doing, and your progress. Whether it’s Rachel and Janine at the desk or Steph on the floor, they are always kind and helpful to everyone who comes through the door. They know me, they know my interests and hobbies, they care enough to ask about my students and even how applying to grad school is going. The fact that I’m going to genuinely miss my weekly PT sessions says a lot about the atmosphere they created. Normally, working out or going to PT would be considered a chore or something that is not enjoyable, but every person in that office made it worth while. I know one thing for sure: If I or anyone I know ever need any sort of PT or general guidance for losing weight sustainably, I will recommend them to this place because PT Kay and Dr. Joe go far beyond the call of duty for their patients.

You work directly with genuinely caring and knowledgeable ownership and assistants that are dedicated to helping the community. They build a custom strategy for each patient. On each visit the process and goals are fully explained with professional guidance. There is the benefit of private treatment rooms as well as an open exercise area. The attitude at Hudson Health and Spine is always positive and refreshing.

Experiencia fantástica: A coworker recommended Hudson Health & Spine and in less than two months almost all my back pain is gone. Dr Joe tailors your treatment to your needs and doesn't just "adjust" you. He is also very willing to explain in detail every treatment that he uses. The staff are super friendly and the environment in general is very comfortable and puts you at ease. Highly recommended. 5 STARS NOT ENOUGH!!

Kay is an amazing physical therapist and I feel she is incredibly knowledgeable and knows things that other physical therapists probably do not! Stephanie and Rachel are also amazing and everyone cares so much about what they are doing.(I also met with Dr. Joseph (chiropractor) which was also a very positive experience.) If you need a physical therapist, you definitely should go here!!!
