Unlike most of the chiropractor that I’ve visited, Dr.Ben takes the time to massage the muscles in the affected area before the adjustments, which really helps relaxes the muscles and move things into place. Additionally, he’s very knowledgeable in weigh lifting and stretching techniques which you can really benefit from that you can do outside of the appointment. Experiencia fantástica: I recently worked with Dr. Maggie as I had found out at my 34 week midwife appointment that my baby was sitting frank breech. My midwife mentioned seeing a chiropractor may help get baby to flip into the correct position. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Maggie and see her 3 weeks in a row. She also walked me through exercises during each appointment that I can do at home throughout my pregnancy, (using a foam roller and exercise ball). When I arrived to my 36 week midwife appointment I found that baby had flipped and is in the correct position. I am so thankful that she was so supportive and kind and helped me through this process. He knew I always needed a more powerful adjustment and deeper soft tissue massage to satisfy my sore body because of the pounding I put on my body playing ball. When my wife was concerned and I for the first time felt pain he knew something was wrong with me and told me to go to my doctor (proctologist) they discovered stage 3 cancer and I started treatment immediately. It literally saved my life. He put my health first and I truly thank him for that decision. My family and I will only see him and even though I can’t be adjusted he takes the time to offer acupressure and stretching for me as I heal. God bless this man and his family. Experiencia fantástica: Eastside Ideal Health has been an amazing experience for me with my journey to a life long healthier lifestyle. I am so thankful for Dr's. Ben and Maggie Greenwade. I have been working with them for almost a year now. I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and I've finally been ready to learn and put in the effort into changing. No dieting, no pills, but understanding what I eat, when, why, what it does to my body, and they give me better options to try instead. They've also shown me exercises to help my ability to move, and stretch out tight muscles. I've already lost about 18lbs, I still have a long way to go. I used to always be lethargic every day. But now I sleep better, i'm more refreshed, I'm actually drinking water (which I never used to), eating (and enjoying) salads, and making much better choices than I ever have. No more Starbucks white chocolate mocha's for me!! Which that alone was a huge triumph to work through- probably for both of us haha. We consistently work on my eating habits, breaking down bad habits and creating new healthy habits instead. They are encouring, and help me refocus when I slip. I reached out to East side ideal health and they got me in the following day. After about 20 minutes I walked out of there feeling better than I had in months! Experiencia fantástica: I first consulted Eastside Ideal Health (EIH) after a series of incapacitating painful muscle cramps. The initial consultation with Dr. Jared Bywater was the most thorough initial visit I have encountered with any health provider. Dr. Bywater immediately put me at ease with his approach. He not only evaluated my areas of pain but also asked several questions. More importantly, he listened to my answers, dug deeper when needed, and took time to consider what might be causing my issues in both an immediate and historical sense. The adjustment, after at least 45 minutes of conversation and assessment, was gentle and effective. Following visits built upon the first visit with an individualized treatment plan including adjustments as needed and specific exercises coached in the attached gym to be practiced at home. Following a scheduled knee surgery, I continue to work with EIH for my rehab therapy. Emphasizing a positive, thorough approach, rehab therapy is helping me regain full function in my lower extremities. With their team approach, I have also had an opportunity to work with Dr. Ben Greenwade who has a similar approach to Dr. Bywater. Dr.Greenwade has been able to put my knee issues into context with previous health concerns, not only by rehabbing my knee but also by observing my body movement and discussing ways to prevent further problems in the future. EIH helps put you in control of your health with a team approach. They consult with your other healthcare providers to develop a comprehensive plan. Truly I wish that I had met the professionals at EIH earlier in my life - their expertise, insight, and compassionate care will continue to provide health benefits beyond the immediate rehab of my knee.

I lost my neck mobility due to Covid heavy coughing which impacted my daily desktop work and sleep, so I decided to give Chiropractor a try. What I liked was fixing my issue quickly and effectively and there is no pushy sales or trying to “make a long term recovery plan” kind of deal. I had three session with Ben, and he listened to my concern each time and explained what a chiropractor does and then fixed my neck like magic. And he also taught me some neck movements that benefits myself day to day too. I am the type of person to avoid seeing doctors till the last minute. So right after I felt I was 90% recovered, I told him he won’t see me for a long time and he said he is the same but not his dental work. So If you go to see Ben, not only amazed by his skills but also making sure you check out his awesome smiles!

I never would have thought seeing a chiropractor would help with my problem. I have been seeing Dr. Maggie for about 6 months now and my foot has been feeling so much better! She goes through the foam rolling exercises with me. She explains clearly how I possibly got the foot pain and even helped me recommend shoes to help reduce the pain. Experiencia fantástica: I have been treated by Ben at EIH Redmond Chiropractor for several months. He has also worked on my husband who is an avid tennis player and my son after a ski incident. Ben is highly knowledgeable, gives you his straight forward assessment and works on your body with hands that know what they are doing. He does not shy away from referring you to other specialists if needed (he did that with me and I learned I had a herniated disc). I cannot recommend Ben highly enough: he is smart, analytical and does not give up trying to find out why your body is hurting. As my strength grew, the pain diminished. He gave me confidence to do the exercises even if it seemed like it was hurting me. He's a wealth of information. He's encouraging and transparent. EIH was the only one who would take me on such short notice and I am so glad they did! Dr. Ben has been incredible with me. Not only doing standard adjustments, but working with me to help teach me what I can be doing outside of the office to help with my pain. He is both chiropractic and physical therapy. He even went as far as to lend me his own foam roller till mine came I'm the mail. Ben is easy to talk to and always makes me feel comfortable. I would, over and over again, recommend anyone and everyone to EIH.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Maggie for several weeks now and I can’t even put into words the ways she’s helped me! Not only does she have an incredible “bedside manner” but my neck and back pain have been greatly reduced, which has helped my headaches (one of my main reasons for beginning treatment) tremendously. We are also addressing my Diasatsis Recti, which is something I always assumed I would just have to live with! In addition to chiropractic, I’ve started nutrition coaching with Dr. Maggie, as well. She’s really helping me understand how important that part of the puzzle is to my overall health and energy levels and she’s helping me get my nutrition on track in a way that is manageable and sustainable. I had such a great experience with her right off the bat that I continued going in on a regular basis throughout the rest of my pregnancy. The active release technique was gentle and really helped my back and hips. She also gave me lots stretches and foam rolling exercises to do at home when the pain flared up. I always enjoyed going in for my appointments because she is so sweet, remembered everything going on in my life with my pregnancy and provided all sorts of great tips and suggestions for pregnancy and new moms. I love coming to see Dr. Maggie, she remembers everything going on in my crazy life, and it’s like catching up with a good friend. She has given a lot of advice on nutrition and meal ideas to help me with my nutritional goals. One thing that is great is that it isn’t just about an adjustment, they focus on how you can help yourself at home in their gym. Experiencia fantástica: I loved coming to see Dr Maggie during my pregnancy (she's Webster certified, which is a must if you are preggo). I started seeing her for persistent hip pain when I was about 14 weeks and ended up coming in almost weekly through week 39 because her treatments were so helpful. Like many pregnant women, I had lots of aches and pains in the hips, pelvis, and back, but always left the office feeling better. She also gave me exercises to do at home that helped alleviate discomfort between appointments, and still do now that I'm postpartum. Thanks to my great experiences with Dr Maggie and EIH I recommend to all my pregnant friends that they seek regular chiropractic care. It makes a huge difference and there's no reason to suffer through all the regular aches and pains even if they're par for the course.
