My first day, i met with the coach to discuss my body, my goals, my abilities, scanned my body, etc. it really helped me get a baseline for myself. The workouts are adjusted for any skill level which is super helpful. The gym is clean, equipment is clean. 10/10 would recommend my gym to anyone !

After I delivered him, Kim was so helpful when I reached out to come back. I was so excited to come back! Now I’m back and the weight is dropping off. Every member I’ve encountered welcomed me back with enthusiasm. This gym will be a part of my life as long as God allows.

The fitness classes are the perfect combo to get you in shape. Many time slots offered to fit your personal life schedule. Experiencia fantástica: I had the biggest GYMtimidation before joining Unlimited Athletics. I was NOT an athlete nor did I think I could ever complete any of those workouts. To my surprise, I showed up and they did the rest. Every person in there was supportive, caring, and friendly. Everyone offered to help or guide me each time I showed up. Each workout had a modification to my ability or strength. I have never been a person to workout because I was scared and never felt like I belonged in a gym. Unlimited Athletics is like no other and I am forever thankful for the opportunity they gave me on my first day to realize I am able to do this too!!! Great decision. Positive. Encouraging. Variety. All points workout with great groups or one-on-one instruction for best results. And, most important to me, I was not alone. Thanks, especially, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Flow, Cycling(Spin),Rowing and my modified CrossFit(sweat shop).

Being out of shape and in my mid forties (feeling more like 100) made me really question whether I belonged there. Kim and the other coaches made me feel comfortable and welcomed. There is no pressure there, only encouragement. Just exactly what I needed!! And there are lots of people my age and older! It’s never too late to get started. Experiencia fantástica: When I first started crossfire I was so nervous because going to a gym where everybody is in shape, lift heavy, and can lift their own body weight. Lol. That intimidated me! Huge intimidation! BUT, I soon found out that was not the case at all. Yes you have people that are in shape and can lift their body weight and heavy weights. But they're so much more than their muscles and physique. They welcomed me and encouraged me to get mebout of my comfort zone and let me see what I could do and accomplish. Love my crossfire family and everything it has to offer.

The coaches work really hard to help everyone feel successful including modifying movements or workouts so you can still workout with the rest of the group and feel successful. Last year I had foot surgery and thanks to all the coaches, I never missed a workout or felt like a burden. Their ability to be creative and modify workouts for any injury is amazing. Crossfit is a unique community where all members are family.

I was always intimidated with Crossfit, until a friend mentioned the Kinder Crossfit Bootcamp..she said she really enjoyed it. So I joined and have LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I am officially a member now.. Everyone is so friendly, and the trainers are very encouraging and make sure you get the most out of your daily workouts.
