Experiencia negativa: After receiving a voice mail that I had an appointment scheduled that same day, they called my mother to confirm my appointment. We confirmed that I didn’t know I had an appointment and that I (the patient) would call them shortly (the appointment was made a year ago.) When I called back I had the pleasure of speaking with Katelyn who informed me that they took my mothers responses as canceling my appointment. I responded with that I’m an adult and the patient and that it wasn’t appropriate for them to allow my mother to speak on my behalf when I can make my own medical decisions. Katelyn then said the appointment was already canceled and I would be charged $40. Even though this was very inappropriate I agreed to pay the $40. Katelyns response was “Do you want to pay the $40 now otherwise it will go to collections if not payed”… I work as a nurse in the medical field and this was the most unprofessional thing I have ever been told. I am disgusted with the lack of communication with staff and patients this practice has. To threaten patients with collections the day of being billed… just disgusting.

Experiencia negativa: I had the pleasure of dealing with Kaitlyn one of the office staff. After being completely talked over for five minutes, she then inform me that I owe her $40 from my wife not coming to a one year doctors appointment that was scheduled over a year ago with zero communication with the patient. This office will harass you and your family and try to JAM every doctors appointment down your throat so they can meet their monthly quota of patients. This has been by far the worst doctors office I have ever been in and intend on pulling all of my families records from this place and finding a new doctor . This place is a joke do not take your family here, we are new to the area and just moved in last year if you are doing the same I recommend a different office in the area NOT THIS ONE!

I have been a patient for years and its been downhill for a while. I am already looking for a new doctors office for my family. I would highly recommend going to a doctor's office that focuses more on their patient's concerns then different ways they can charge them. In response to your comment, it has nothing to do with any finicial difficulties. In my case, it has to do with the focus of billing over customer care in my opinion. I have seen Dr. Lowry for years and never had any issues with his level of service. We have received your letter and will be using a different physician going forward.

Experiencia negativa: I like all the doctors but this morning I was so upset that they charge me for $40 for missed my appointment that I never confirmed it and it was made from 6 months ago. I’ve been with them more than 15 years and never miss one appt ever. I asked them to waved this fee since I never confirmed this appt, but they just have no compassion and understanding at all. $40 is not much but in the time where we have high inflation and since I never confirm the appointment is just not acceptable. Very disappointed. So the lesson from this never make appt ahead of time cuz they will trap u by charge you the fee even though you never confirm the appointment. Who would remember 6 months from now if they said they called but u just never receive it. Very disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: EMSculpt treatment at Pine Street Aesthetics was fast and effective. The technicians were friendly, helpful, and respectful of privacy. Each session started on time wrapped up on time. After just one treatment, I could feel my abdomen muscles strengthening, and I'm looking forward to additional improvement over the next 4-6 weeks. While the paddles were initially cold and the first time I heard the rapid clicking of the paddles I was startled, overall, the 4 treatments were pleasant and almost relaxing. I highly recommend this service at Pine Street Aesthetics.

Experiencia negativa: Okay, I am going to be as kind yet honest as I can be. I went to pinestreet for many years. If you have a cold, or the sniffles they're great, but if you have an actual bodily issue like diabeties or thyroid issues or anything outside of being sick then its not for you. Giving credit where credit is due, the nurse practitioner is very kind, and does genuinely care. The doctors however seem to have a chip on their shoulders. Anyway, there have been times they did not want me to come in or to test for things even after being in the ER for pain. I have to say there were many times where they made me feel like I was crazy. No one wants a doctor that dosnt want to listen and I feel like at pinestreet they are trained to look for horses so they ignore zebras. I did recently switch doctors and am now very pleased with my primary. So maybe pinestreet will be good for you, but it wasn't a good fit for me. Side note the reason their reviews are so good is because they gave people gift cards to write one. I wish them nothing but the best and hope they can improve their practice.

Experiencia positiva: It’s an ok practice, not great. The doctor I saw was wonderful. Very friendly, thorough, & helpful. Nurses who assisted with venipuncture & intake were very kind & professional. Financial department not so much. Paid my bill online, they could not find the payment despite my bank confirming payment, had receipt from bank & everything. To be fair, they looked for it, but I ended up having to pay my bill twice, plus a late fee. Overall, disappointed with how it was handled, but I’m not getting into an argument over it, not worth it. Good practice, but highly advise not using the online payment system. It’s just not reliable.

Experiencia negativa: Pine Street has dropped so seriously in quality that it’s truly upsetting. Myself and my entire family have been using Pine Street for years. What was once a down to earth local family practice that valued its patients is now a pharmaceutical retail store. Pine Street no longer has patients, it has customers and if you aren’t one of the few getting cold sculpting or other unique items, you’re second class. It’s become about the money, Pine Street sold out, plain and simple.

It’s so great to be able to go there for everything, from regular checkups, to allergy issues, bloodwork and now your beauty needs, they handle it all! Dr. LeeAnn and Dr. Lowry have always been amazing! They have been there for me my entire life and treat their patients like family. All of the office staff are super helpful and friendly. If you need a sick appointment, they’re always able to get you in that day. The wait time is never long in the waiting or exam rooms. When you call someone answers immediately and helps you right away, no being put on hold for twenty minutes. The office has added cool sculpting and hydrafacial to their office which is so awesome! Lindsay, who does the cool sculpting and hydra facial, is so outgoing and always has the best attitude about getting you to where you want to be. I absolutely love Pine street and would never move to another practice!
